Description
また、本発明の実施形態に係るエア制御方法は、エアを取り込むステップと、工具の前進及び後進を交互に繰り返すことによって穿孔を行うステップ加工の条件に従って、ドリル駆動装置の工具前進用エア及び工具後進用エアを切換えてそれぞれ前記工具前進用エアの流路に対応する第1のエア排出口及び前記工具後進用エアの流路に対応する第2のエア排出口から排出させるステップとを有する。前記エア制御方法は、第1のタイムディレイバルブで前記工具の前進時間を調整する一方、第2のタイムディレイバルブで前記工具の後進時間を調整するものである。
図1は本発明の実施形態に係るエア制御装置を接続したドリル駆動装置の概略的な一例を示す構成図である。
次にエア制御装置1の動作および作用について説明する。
このため、エア制御装置1によれば、穿孔加工において切粉を孔の外に良好に排出させることによって、切粉詰まりを回避することができる。この結果、切粉詰まりによる作業時間の増加を回避し、穿孔効率を向上させることができる。加えて、孔の品質を向上させることができる。特に深さが長い穿孔を行なう際に有効である。

Claims (5)
- エアを取り込むエア吸入口と、
取り込んだ前記エアをドリル駆動装置に向けて排出するための第1及び第2のエア排出口であって、前記ドリル駆動装置の工具前進用エアの流路に対応する第1のエア排出口及び前記ドリル駆動装置の工具後進用エアの流路に対応する第2のエア排出口と、
工具の前進及び後進を交互に繰り返すことによって穿孔を行うステップ加工の条件に従って、前記工具前進用エア及び前記工具後進用エアを切換えてそれぞれ前記第1のエア排出口及び前記第2のエア排出口から排出させるエア制御系と、
を備え、
前記エア制御系に、前記工具の前進時間の調整用の第1のタイムディレイバルブと前記工具の後進時間の調整用の第2のタイムディレイバルブとを設けたエア制御装置。 - 前記エア制御系に、前記第1及び第2のタイムディレイバルブに適切な速度でエアが進入するようにエアのスピードコントローラを設けた請求項1記載のエア制御装置。
- 圧縮エア供給系の出力側に接続された前記ドリル駆動装置の圧縮エア供給口を介して前記ドリル駆動装置内に供給されたエアを前記ドリル駆動装置から取込んで、取込んだ前記エアを前記第1のエア排出口及び前記第2のエア排出口から前記ドリル駆動装置の工具前進用エアの流路及び工具後進用エアの流路にそれぞれ供給するためのアタッチメントであって前記ドリル駆動装置に着脱可能なアタッチメントを更に備える請求項1又は2記載のエア制御装置。
- 前記複数のエア排出口から排出されるエアを動力として工具に工具軸方向への前進及び後進の送り動作を与えるドリル駆動装置を更に備える請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のエア制御装置。
- エアを取り込むステップと、
工具の前進及び後進を交互に繰り返すことによって穿孔を行うステップ加工の条件に従って、ドリル駆動装置の工具前進用エア及び工具後進用エアを切換えてそれぞれ前記工具前進用エアの流路に対応する第1のエア排出口及び前記工具後進用エアの流路に対応する第2のエア排出口から排出させるステップと、
を有し、
第1のタイムディレイバルブで前記工具の前進時間を調整する一方、第2のタイムディレイバルブで前記工具の後進時間を調整するエア制御方法。
