Claims (4)
- 절삭액 공급펌프(4)로부터 절삭액공급라인(7)을 지나 주축(8)앞쪽의 미스트발생장치(13)로 절삭액을 공급하는 공작기계에 있어서, 절삭액용 실린더실(29)과 압축공기용 실린더실(28)을 서로 마주향하게 형성하는 동시에, 각 실린더실(28, 29)에 대응한 피스톤(30, 31)을 설치하고, 이들 피스톤을 동체상으로 하는 동시에, 이들 피스톤을 각 실린더실에 대해서 특정방향으로 압압하기 위한 압축스프링(32)을 구비한 구성의 절삭액 흡인토출수단(2)을 설치하고, 절삭액 공급펌프(4)의 절삭액공급이 정지되었을 때, 절삭액 공급라인(7)내로 일정량의 절삭액을 흡인하는 것외에, 절삭액 공급펌프(4)의 절삭액공급이 개시되었을 때, 절삭액 공급라인(7)내로 일정량의 절삭액을 공급하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 절삭액 공급장치.
- 절삭액 공급펌프(4)로부터 절삭액공급라인(7)을 지나 주축(8)앞쪽의 미스트발생장치(13)로 절삭액을 공급하고, 미스트발생장치(13)의 절삭액유입부에는 절삭액공급라인(7)내의 절삭액압이 일정값이하로 되었을 때 폐쇄하는 밸브수단(23)을 구비한 공작기계에 있어서, 절삭액용 실린더실(29)과 압축공기용 실린더실(28)을 서로 마주향하게 형성하는 동시에, 각 실린더실(28, 29)에 대응한 피스톤(30, 31)을 설치하고, 이들 피스톤을 동체상으로 하는 동시에, 이들 피스톤을 각 실린더실에 대해서 특정방향으로 압압하기 위한 압축스프링(32)을 구비한 구성의 절삭액 흡인토출수단(2)을 설치하고, 절삭액 공급펌프(4)의 절삭액공급이 정지되었을 때, 절삭액 공급라인(7)내로 일정량의 절삭액을 흡인하는 것외에, 절삭액 공급펌프(4)의 절삭액공급이 개시되었을 때, 절삭액 공급라인(7)내로 일정량의 절삭액을 공급하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 절삭액 공급장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 절삭액흡인토출수단(2)이 절삭액공급라인(7)내의 절삭액을 필요시에 실린더실(29)로 흡인하고, 이 흡인된 절삭액을 필요시에 절삭액공급라인(7)내로 토출하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 절삭액공급장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실린더실(29)을 형성한 피스톤(31)이 미스트발생장치(13)로 공급되는 미스트생성용 압축공기로 구동되는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 절삭액공급장치.
