Description
Claims (9)
- 検出器の製造方法であって、
剥離可能な両面接着フィルムを用いて平板型検出器と平板型検出器支持部材とを接着して固定する段階と、
前記両面接着フィルムを剥離する段階と、
前記平板型検出器を補修する段階と、
補修された前記平板型検出器と平板型検出器支持部材とを接着して固定する段階と、
を含み、
前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムは、前記平板型検出器の裏面の透光領域内に位置し、
前記方法は、平板型検出器の裏面に一層の黒色のガラス用プライマーを増加する段階を含み、
前記プライマーは、前記平板型検出器の静電に対する信頼性を向上させ、前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムの気泡からの散乱光線が前記平板型検出器に入ることを遮る、
ことを特徴とする検出器の製造方法。 - 前記平板型検出器を補修する段階は、前記平板型検出器にレーザ光を照射する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の検出器の製造方法。
- 接着フィルムを剥離する段階は、力を入れて接着フィルムの末端を引っ張り、道具又は制御方法を利用して引き出す段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の検出器の製造方法。
- 前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムは、平板型検出器の四辺に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項にに記載の検出器の製造方法。
- 前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムは、平板型検出器の全表面に接着されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項にに記載の検出器の製造方法。
- 前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムは、平板型検出器の中心部から周囲に向かって発散し、平板型検出器の表面の外部に接着フィルムの末端が残されるように配置され、接着フィルムの末端を引き出すことによって接着フィルムが剥離されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の検出器の製造方法。
- 前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムは、帯状の螺旋形に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の検出器の製造方法。
- 前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムは、平板型検出器の表面を二つの交差する対角線によって四つの三角形の領域に区分するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の検出器の製造方法。
- 前記剥離可能な両面接着フィルムは、厚さが100−200μmの光学レベルの接着フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の検出器の製造方法。
