Claims (1)
- 電解質膜の両側にカソード電極及びアノード電極が設けられる電解質膜・電極構造体を有する燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池のカソード側に酸化剤ガスを供給する酸化剤ガス供給装置と、
前記燃料電池のアノード側に燃料ガスを供給する燃料ガス供給装置と、
前記燃料電池を冷却する冷却媒体を該燃料電池に循環供給する冷却媒体供給装置と、
を備える車両用燃料電池システムの始動方法であって、
前記燃料電池の起動信号が入力されたか否かを判断する工程と、
前記起動信号が入力されたと判断された際、前記冷却媒体供給装置を構成する冷却媒体循環用ポンプを作動させ、前記冷却媒体を不純物除去機構に供給して該冷却媒体の導電率を低下させる工程と、
前記燃料電池の停止からの経過時間又は前記冷却媒体の絶縁抵抗値に基づいて、該冷却媒体の導電率が規定値以下に低下されたか否かを判断する工程と、
前記冷却媒体の導電率が前記規定値以下であると判断された際、前記酸化剤ガス供給装置及び前記燃料ガス供給装置を駆動して前記燃料電池の起動を開始する工程と、
を有し、
前記燃料電池の起動信号が入力されてから前記燃料電池の起動を開始するまでの間、前記酸化剤ガス供給装置及び前記燃料ガス供給装置を駆動することなく、前記冷却媒体循環用ポンプを作動させながら、前記冷却媒体の導電率が前記規定値以下に低下するまで、バッテリにより走行を行うことを特徴とする車両用燃料電池システムの始動方法。
