- ガスタービンエンジン用のタービン翼(30)であって、
根部(100)と、
先端部(102)と、
外面(58)を有する外周壁であって、前記外周壁は、内部空間を囲んでおり、かつ前縁(54)および後縁(56)で共に結合されている凹状正圧側壁(50)および凸状負圧側壁(52)を備えており、前記外周壁は、局所的に厚くなっている壁部分(Z1、Z2、Z3)を組み込んでいる変動壁厚さを有している、外周壁と、
複数のフィルム冷却孔(74)と
を備え、
前記外周壁は、前記根部(100)での最大値から前記先端部(102)での最小値まで厚さにおいて先細りになっており、
前記局所的に厚くなっている壁部分(Z1、Z2、Z3)は、前記タービン翼(30)の半径方向の全長に渡って等しい厚さを有し、
前記複数のフィルム冷却孔(74)は半径方向の列を形成し、該半径方向の列を形成する複数のフィルム冷却孔(74)が、前記半径方向の全長に渡って等しい厚さを有する前記局所的に厚くなっている壁部分(Z1、Z2、Z3)に設けられ且つ該局所的に厚くなっている壁部分(Z1、Z2、Z3)内の前記外周壁を通過する成形ディフューザ出口を有する、タービン翼(30)。 - 前記フィルム冷却孔(74)は、前記翼(30)の前記内部空間に連通している上流計量部分(76)と、前記翼(30)の前記外面に連通している末広下流部分(78)とを備えている、請求項1に記載のタービン翼(30)。
- 前記局所的に厚くなっている壁部分(Z1、Z2、Z3)は、前記外周壁の前記内部空間から突出している個別の要素(61)によって画定されている、請求項1又は2に記載のタービン翼(30)。
- 前記正圧側壁および前記負圧側壁(50、52)の間に延びているリブ(68、70、72)を、さらに備えており、前記リブ(68、70、72)と前記リブ(68、70、72)に隣接する前記側壁(50、52)の部分とは、前記内部空間内に2以上の空洞(60、62、64、66)を画定するように協働しており、前記側壁(50、52)の前記部分の1つは、前記局所的に厚くなっている壁部分(Z1、Z2、Z3)を画定する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタービン翼。

前記複数の第1のフィルム冷却孔(174)および複数の第2のフィルム冷却孔(174)はそれぞれ半径方向の列を形成し、該半径方向の列を形成する複数の第1のフィルム冷却孔(174)および複数の第2のフィルム冷却孔(174)が、それぞれ、前記半径方向の全長に渡って等しい厚さを有する前記局所的に厚くなっている第1及び第2の壁部分(Z1、Z2、Z3)に設けられている、タービンブレード(22)。 - 前記フィルム冷却孔(174)は、前記タービンブレード(22)の前記内部空間に連通している上流計量部分(76)と、前記タービンブレード(22)の前記外面に連通している末広下流部分(78)とを備えている、請求項6に記載のタービンブレード(22)。
- 前記圧力側壁および前記負圧側壁(150、152)の間に延びているリブ(168、170、172、169)をさらに備えており、前記リブ(168、170、172、169)および前記リブ(168、170、172、169)に隣接している前記側壁(150、152)の部分は、前記内部空間内で2以上の空洞(160、162、164、166、167)を画定するように協働しており、前記側壁(150、152)の前記部分の1つは、前記局所的に厚くなっている壁部分(Z4、Z5)を画定する、請求項6又は7に記載のタービンブレード。
