Claims (9)
- 通常モード及び不足電圧モードで作動するよう構成された、ブラシレス・モータ用のコントローラであって、
通常モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記モータの巻線を励磁する制御信号を生成し、入力電圧の大きさを監視し、前記入力電圧が第一不足電圧閾値より下に低下する場合に不足電圧モードに切り替わり、
不足電圧モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記巻線の励磁を一時停止し、前記入力電圧の大きさを監視し、前記コントローラに電力供給するのに使用される供給電圧の大きさを監視し、前記入力電圧が再起動閾値を超える場合に通常モードに切り替わり、前記供給電圧が電圧低下閾値より下に低下する場合に前記コントローラ自体をリセットし、
更に、通常モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記コントローラがエラーを検知する場合に、エラー・モードに切り替わり、
エラー・モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記巻線の励磁を一時停止し、前記入力電圧の大きさを監視し、前記入力電圧が通常モードで使用される第一不足電圧閾値より大きい第二不足電圧閾値より下に低下する場合に不足電圧モードに切り替わる、
コントローラ。 - 前記再起動閾値は前記第一不足電圧閾値より高い、請求項1に記載のコントローラ。
- エラー・モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは入力電圧の大きさに依存する前記第二不足電圧閾値を使用する、請求項2に記載のコントローラ。
- エラー・モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記入力電圧の大きさを測定し、固定の量だけ測定された前記入力電圧と異なる前記第二不足電圧閾値を使用する、請求項3に記載のコントローラ。
- 前記コントローラは、前記第一不足電圧閾値、前記第二不足電圧閾値又は前記再起動閾値に対応する大きさを有する電圧を出力するよう構成されたデジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)と、前記デジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)の出力電圧と前記入力電圧を比較するよう構成された比較器とを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記入力電圧が前記第一不足電圧閾値又は前記第二不足電圧閾値より下に低下したか、又は前記比較器の出力が変化するときに前記再起動閾値を超えたかを判断する、請求項1ないし請求項4の何れか一項に記載のコントローラ。 - 前記コントローラは、固定の量だけ前記入力電圧の大きさと異なる前記第一不足電圧閾値又は前記第二不足電圧閾値を使用し、
前記コントローラは、前記比較器の出力が変化するまで前記デジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)のレベルを増加させ、
前記変化に応じて、前記コントローラは、前記デジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)の前記出力電圧が固定の量だけ前記入力電圧と異なるよう、前記デジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)のレベルを固定の量だけ減少させる、請求項5に記載のコントローラ。 - 通常モード、エラー・モード及び不足電圧モードで作動するよう構成された、ブラシレス・モータ用のコントローラであって、
通常モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記モータの巻線を励磁する制御信号を生成し、エラーが検知された場合にエラー・モードに切り替わり、
エラー・モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記巻線の励磁を一時停止し、入力電圧の大きさを測定し、測定された前記入力電圧と固定の量だけ異なる不足電圧閾値を選択し、前記入力電圧の大きさを監視し、前記入力電圧が前記不足電圧閾値より下に低下する場合に不足電圧モードに切り替わり、
不足電圧モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記入力電圧の大きさを監視し、前記コントローラに電力供給するのに使用される供給電圧の大きさを監視し、前記入力電圧が再起動閾値を超える場合に通常モードに切り替わり、前記供給電圧が電圧低下閾値より下に低下する場合に前記コントローラ自体をリセットする、コントローラ。 - 前記コントローラは、前記不足電圧閾値又は前記再起動閾値に相当する大きさを有する電圧を出力するよう構成されたデジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)と、前記デジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)の出力電圧と前記入力電圧を比較するよう構成された比較器とを備え、
前記コントローラは、前記入力電圧が前記不足電圧閾値より下に低下したか、又は前記比較器の出力が変化するときに前記再起動閾値を超えたかを判断する、請求項7に記載のコントローラ。 - エラー・モードで作動する際、前記コントローラは、前記比較器の前記出力が変化するまで前記デジタル/アナログ変換器(DAC)のレベルを増加させ、
前記比較器の前記出力の前記変化に応じて、前記コントローラは、固定の量だけ前記DACのレベルを減少させ、
前記コントローラは、前記比較器の前記出力が続いて変化した場合、不足電圧モードに切り替わる、請求項8に記載のコントローラ。
