前記下部コンタクト層の上にそれと接触させて赤外線(IR)反射層を配置する工程と、
前記IR反射層の上にそれと接触させて、10〜30(重量)%のNiおよび70〜90(重量)%のTiで構成されるターゲットからニッケル及びチタンをスパッタリングすることにより上部コンタクト層を形成する工程と、
を含み、
前記被覆物品のLSG値が2.15以上である
被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記上部コンタクト層の上に酸化ケイ素及び/又は窒化ケイ素を含む層を配置する工程を更に含む
請求項1に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記IR反射層は銀を含む、
請求項1又は2に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記上部コンタクト層の厚さが10〜45オングストロームである、
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記上部コンタクト層の厚さが10〜30オングストロームである、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記被覆物品は、銀を含む第2IR反射層と、Ni及びTiの酸化物を含む第2上部コンタクト層と、を備える、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記下部コンタクト層が亜鉛酸化物を含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記下部コンタクト層がNi及び/又はTiの酸化物を含む、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - 前記下部コンタクト層がNi及びCrを含む、
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の被覆物品の製造方法。 - ガラス基板と、
前記ガラス基板の上に配置された第1誘電体層と、
第1誘電体層の上に配置された下部コンタクト層と、
前記下部コンタクト層の上にそれと接触させて配置された銀を含む赤外線(IR)反射層と、
前記IR反射層の上にそれと接触させて配置された上部コンタクト層と、
を備え、
前記上部コンタクト層がNi及びTiの酸化物を含み、前記上部コンタクト層中のNiとTiの重量比がNi:Ti=10:90〜30:70であり、
LSG値が2.15以上である
被覆物品。 - 前記上部コンタクト層の上に配置された酸化ケイ素及び/又は窒化ケイ素を含む層を更に備える
