- 航空機(100)の4−Dの飛行経路(192)および4−Dの構図(166)に基づき、可能性がある競合または衝突を検出するように構成される飛行経路ベースの探知防止システム(168)を含み、
前記4ーD構図(166)は、他機(118)の飛行経路または前記航空機(100)がそこから分離間隔を維持すべきである領域を表し、
第1の戦略的なタイムフレーム中に起きると見積もられた、可能性がある競合または衝突は、前記航空機(100)の飛行管理システム(180)によって生成された前記航空機(100)の4−D飛行経路(192)、ならびに、航空交通管理データおよび地上管制局のうち少なくともいずれかによって生成された4−D構図(166)を使用して、識別され、
前記第1の戦略的なタイムフレームよりも短い第2の戦術的なタイムフレーム中に起きると見積もられた、可能性がある競合または衝突は、前記航空機(100)の前記飛行管理システム(180)によって生成された前記航空機(100)の前記4−D飛行経路(192)および4−D構図(166)を使用して、識別され、その4−D構図のいくらかは、他機または航空交通管理データとともに機上のセンサスーツによって提供されたデータの組み合わせによって少なくとも一部分生成され、

請求項1に記載の航空機(100)。 - 前記第1の戦略的なタイムフレームまたは前記第2の戦術的なタイムフレーム中に起きると見積もられた、可能性がある競合または衝突は、前記飛行管理システム(180)を使用して、前記航空機(100)の前記4−D飛行経路(192)に対する変更を決定し、かつ前記4−D飛行経路(192)に対する前記変更を実施することによって、防止される、請求項1または2に記載の航空機(100)。
- 前記第3のクリティカルなタイムフレーム中に起きると見積もられた、可能性がある競合または衝突は、衝突解決モジュール(176)が、前記可能性がある競合または衝突を回避するように、飛行制御システム(190)を直接制御することによって、回避される、請求項1または2に記載の航空機(100)。
- 前記航空機(100)は、無人機またはクルーの人数が減らされた航空機を含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の航空機(100)。
