Claims (10)
- 始動プロセス中にターボ機械(102)に流入する蒸気流を不均衡にする方法(400)であって、
少なくとも第1のセクション(110)及び第2のセクション(112)と、該第1のセクション(110)及び第2のセクション(112)内に部分的に配置されるロータ(115)とを備えるターボ機械(102)を提供する段階と、
前記第1のセクション(110)への蒸気流を制御するよう構成された第1のバルブ(116)と、前記第2のセクション(112)への蒸気流を制御するよう構成された第2のバルブ(118)とを提供する段階と、
蒸気によって前記ロータ(115)が回転し、蒸気が前記第1のセクション(110)及び第2のセクション(112)を流れるまで続くときに開始する始動段階で前記ターボ機械(102)が作動しているか否かを判定する段階(420)と、
前記ターボ機械(102)の各セクション(110、112)において運転境界に接近する許容可能タービン運転スペース(ATOS)(302)を決定する段階(430)と、
を含み、前記ATOS(302)が、前記各セクション(110、112)のスラスト限界に関するデータを組み込み、前記方法が更に、
前記始動段階に関連する物理的パラメータのATOS(302)内の許容範囲を決定する段階(430)と、
前記物理的パラメータの許容範囲によって部分的に制限される前記第1のバルブ(116)の変更を行って、前記第1のセクション(110)への蒸気流を制御する段階(450)と、
前記物理的パラメータの許容範囲によって部分的に制限される前記第2のバルブ(118)の変更を行って、前記第2のセクション(112)への蒸気流を可能にする段階(470)と、
を含み、
前記ATOS(302)が、リアルタイムで、前記第1のセクション(110)及び第2のセクション(112)の運転境界を拡張し、前記始動段階中の前記ターボ機械(102)の前記第1のセクション(110)及び第2のセクション(112)間の不均衡蒸気流を可能にすることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ターボ機械(102)が蒸気タービン(102)を含む、請求項1に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記ターボ機械(102)が、各々が少なくとも1つのバルブ(116、118)と一体化された複数のセクション(110、112)を含む、請求項2に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記物理的パラメータが、スラスト、ロータ応力、蒸気温度、蒸気圧力、排気ウィンデージ限界、前方流移送中の最小HP流、又は前方流移送中の最大HP流のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3記載の方法(400)。
- 前記物理的パラメータの値は、前記第1のセクション(110)又は第2のセクション(112)の少なくとも1つへの蒸気流を独立して制御するよう構成された伝達関数アルゴリズムにより決定される、請求項4に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記伝達関数アルゴリズムが、ATOS(302)に基づいて前記蒸気流を制限する、請求項5に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記第1のセクション(110)がHPセクション(110)を含み、前記第2のセクション(112)がIPセクション(112)を含む、請求項6に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記伝達関数アルゴリズムが、始動プロセス中に蒸気タービン(102)の運転スペースを決定し、該運転スペースが、前記HPセクション(110)及び前記IPセクション(112)の現在の動作範囲を決定する、請求項7に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記HPセクション(110)及び前記IPセクション(112)の現在の動作範囲に基づいて前記第1のバルブ(116)及び前記第2のバルブ(118)の所望のストロークを調整する段階を更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法(400)。
- 前記始動プロセスが複数の段階を含み、各段階が前記現在の動作範囲によって部分的に決定される、請求項9に記載の方法(400)。
