Claims (17)
- 映像を表示する一面およびこれに対向する他面を有する液晶パネルと、
フレキシブル回路基板と、前記フレキシブル回路基板を介して前記液晶パネルと接続され上面と下面とを有する印刷回路基板とを含む回路基板部と、
前記液晶パネルが安着するフレーム部と、前記フレーム部の一側壁部の外側に位置し、前記印刷回路基板が挿入されるスライドレールを含む回路基板装着部とを備える中間収納容器を含み、
前記印刷回路基板の上面と前記液晶パネルの一面が同一方向に向かうように前記印刷回路基板が前記回路基板装着部に装着されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記スライドレールは、前記フレーム部の前記一側壁から突出した突起部と、前記突起部の一側に形成されて前記印刷回路基板がスライディングして挿入される溝部とを含む請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記溝部は、前記フレーム部の前記一側壁から前記突起部の終端まで延長されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記溝部の長さと前記印刷回路基板の一側の長さは実質的に同一であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記スライドレールは、前記溝部のスライディング面上に形成されたストッパーエレメントをさらに含み、前記印刷回路基板は前記ストッパーエレメントを収容する収容部を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記ストッパーエレメントはフックであり、前記収容部は結合ホールであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 映像を表示する一面およびこれに対向する他面を有する液晶パネルと、
フレキシブル回路基板と、前記フレキシブル回路基板を介して前記液晶パネルと接続され上面と下面とを有する印刷回路基板とを含む回路基板部と、
前記液晶パネルが配置されるフレーム部と、前記フレーム部の一側壁の外側から突出して前記印刷回路基板を支持する回路基板支持部と、前記回路基板支持部の両端部に設けられた前記印刷回路基板が挿入されるスライドレールと、を含む回路基板装着部とを備える中間収納容器を含み、
前記印刷回路基板の上面と前記液晶パネルの一面が同一方向に向かうように前記印刷回路基板が前記回路基板装着部に装着されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記スライドレールは、前記回路基板支持部の一面から突出した垂直部と前記垂直部から延長され前記一面と並行な平行部と、前記垂直部と前記平行部と前記回路基板支持部の一面によって形成されて前記印刷回路基板の一部がスライディングして挿入される溝部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記回路基板装着部は、前記フレーム部の一側壁から前記回路基板支持部と並行に突出したストッパー(stopper)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記ストッパーは、前記フレーム部の一側壁の外側方向に傾斜する斜辺と、前記斜辺の端部から前記一側壁に垂直に延長された段差部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記ストッパーと前記回路基板支持部との間の間隔は前記印刷回路基板の厚さと実質的に同一であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記印刷回路基板の一端部は前記スライドレールに挿入され、前記印刷回路基板の他端部は前記回路基板支持部と前記ストッパーとの間に介在することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記回路基板支持部は、前記印刷回路基板の放熱のための開口部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 映像を表示する一面およびこれに対向する他面を有する液晶パネルと、
フレキシブル回路基板と、前記フレキシブル回路基板を介して前記液晶パネルと接続され上面と下面とを有する印刷回路基板とを含む回路基板部と、
前記液晶パネルが配置されるフレーム部と、前記フレーム部の一側壁の上面に位置する凹部であって、前記凹部の底部を構成する回路基板支持部と、前記回路基板支持部の両端から上方に延長された側壁部と、前記側壁部に形成された前記印刷回路基板が挿入される溝部とを含む回路基板装着部とを備える中間収納容器を含み、
前記印刷回路基板の上面と前記液晶パネルの一面が同一方向に向かうように前記印刷回路基板が前記回路基板装着部に装着されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記溝部の長さと前記印刷回路基板の一側の長さは実質的に同一であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記回路基板装着部は、前記溝部の一面上に形成されたストッパーエレメントをさらに含み、前記印刷回路基板は、前記ストッパーエレメントを収容する収容部を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記ストッパーエレメント部はフックであり、前記収容部は結合ホールであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の液晶表示装置。
