Claims (14)
- 燃料/助剤を内燃機関の排気経路に供給するための調量モジュール(10)を冷却する装置であって、前記調量モジュール(10)には、冷却液が貫流する冷却装置が付設されており、前記調量モジュール(10)の少なくとも1つの面(34)が、冷却液が貫流する冷却体(18、20、22)によって包囲されている形式のものにおいて、
前記冷却体(18、20、22)が複数の部分から構成されており、液体を排出(78)するための排水用開口部(30)が設けられ、
前記液体は、前記少なくとも1つの面(34)の内側に形成された内部空間(42)内の、凝縮水または外部から混入した水であり、重力に基づいて前記排水用開口部(30)から排出されることを特徴とする、調量モジュール(10)を冷却する装置 - 前記燃料/助剤は還元剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排水用開口部(30)が、前記調量モジュール(10)の周囲に120°の間隔(58)あるいは90°の間隔(66)で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排水用開口部(30)が、環状に形成された鍔部(60)内に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 環状に形成された前記鍔部(60)が、複数の部分からなる前記冷却体(18、20、22)の部分である中央胴部(20)の下にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記排水用開口部(30)が、樋形凹部として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 樋形凹部として形成された前記排水用開口部(30)が、環状に形成された前記鍔部(60)内に型押しされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 排水用開口部(30)である前記樋形凹部が、環状に形成された前記鍔部(60)内に切削により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 環状に形成された前記鍔部(60)内の前記排水用開口部(30)が、内側から外側へ半径方向の勾配を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 冷却面(34)と前記調量弁(32)とによって区画された内部空間(42)が、環状に形成された前記鍔部(60)内に延びる前記排水用開口部(30)の上に開いていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却面(34)と前記調量弁(32)との間の前記内部空間(42)からの液体の排出(78)が、前記排水用開口部(30)を介して半径方向外側に向かって行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 内側部材(28)と鉢形インサート(50)とによって区画されている空隙部(56)が、少なくとも1つの転送口(64)を介して前記中央胴部(20)の空隙部(44)と流体結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記中央胴部(20)の前記空隙部(44)に流入する冷却液が、冷却面(34)と、電気プラグコンタクト(46)に隣接する仕切板(40)とを冷却することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記液体、特に前記内部空間(42)からの凝縮水を排出(78)することにより腐食を回避することを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
