Claims (7)
- 一緒に積み重ねた複数の機能性プレートと、
前記機能性プレート間の結合を提供するために隣接する機能性プレートの間に配置される接着剤塗布メッシュ基板を構成する接着剤及びメッシュ基板を有すると共に、前記接着剤がしみ込まされ、前記接着剤が接合部から押し出されるのを制限する接着剤閉じ込め構造と、を含み、
前記接着剤は、UVインクにさらされたときでも接着剤の性質を維持し、前記メッシュ基板は、セルロース、ナイロン、ポリエステルのうちの少なくとも一つからなり、
前記接着剤閉じ込め構造が、前記接着剤が入れられる複数の開口部を含み、前記各開口部が、略矩形の形状を有し、各開口部は、前記接着剤閉じ込め構造の長さ方向及び幅方向の縁から間隔をおいて位置しており、
前記接着剤閉じ込め構造上に前記接着剤をローラで延ばすことにより、余分な前記接着剤が押し出されることが可能である、印字ヘッドアセンブリ。 - 前記接着剤閉じ込め構造が、約100〜325mmの長さと、約10〜約50mmの幅とを有している、請求項1に記載の印字ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記接着剤閉じ込め構造が、約70mmの長さと約4mmの幅とを有する複数の前記開口部を含み、前記複数の開口部同士の間は約1mm〜約2mm離れている、請求項1に記載の印字ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記接着剤閉じ込め構造が複数の前記開口部を含み、前記各開口部は約25μm〜約700μmの大きさを有しており、約300μm〜約600μmの間隔があいている、請求項1に記載の印字ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記接着剤閉じ込め構造が複数の前記開口部を含み、前記各開口部は約5μm〜約25μmの大きさを有している、請求項1に記載の印字ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記接着剤が、高分子、架橋性アクリル接着剤、エポキシ樹脂、または熱可塑性ポリイミドを含む、請求項1に記載の印字ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の機能性プレートは、金属、セラミック、及びプラスチック材料のうちの一つから構成される第1機能性プレートと、金属、セラミック、及びプラスチック材料のうちの他の一つから構成される第2機能性プレートとを備える、請求項1に記載の印字ヘッドアセンブリ。
