Claims (32)
- 内部ルーメンと、該内部ルーメンから半径方向にオフセットされた複数の操作用ルーメンとを有し、各操作用ルーメンが、先端での直径より短い第1端部での直径を基端が有するように、前記操作用ルーメンの先端から長手方向軸に沿って漸減される直径を有している、先端部を有するカテーテル本体と、
前記複数の操作用ルーメンの各々と流体連通しており、その直径を変更するために、そこへ流体か真空の少なくとも1つを供給する流体源と、
を具備する操作可能なカテーテル装置。 - 前記複数の操作用ルーメンの各々の先端は、端壁を有しており、
該端壁が、そこへの流体か真空の少なくとも1つの供給に応じて、軸方向に移動する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。 - 前記複数の操作用ルーメンの各々が、基端よりも先端において、より薄い壁厚を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記複数の操作用ルーメンが、第1、第2、第3および第4の操作用ルーメンを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記流体源が、前記操作用ルーメンの第1番目に流体を供給する一方で、前記操作用ルーメンの第2番目には真空を供給し、前記第1の操作用ルーメンから離して前記カテーテル本体を折り曲げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記流体源が、ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記流体が、ガスであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- さらに、前記内部ルーメン内に移動可能に配置される撮像システムを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記内部ルーメンの先端が、多孔質材を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記多孔質材には、清浄液が浸透していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記内部ルーメン内で前記多孔質材を介して、移動可能に配置される撮像システムを、さらに、具備することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記カテーテル本体の先端部が、シリコーンを具備していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記内部ルーメン内に配置されるコイルスプリングを、さらに、具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記コイルスプリングが、第1と第2の部分、および、この第1と第2の部分の間の中間部分とを有し、該中間部分が前記第1と第2の部分よりも可撓性のあるように、前記中間部分の前記コイルが拡大されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記複数の操作用ルーメンの各々が、その中に、少なくとも1つの圧電トランスデューサを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記カテーテル本体が、約3mmよりも小さい外径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記外径が、約2mmよりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記内部ルーメンが、少なくとも約1.2mmの直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 内部ルーメンと、該内部ルーメンから半径方向にオフセットされた操作用ルーメンとを有し、前記操作用ルーメンが、先端での直径より短い直径を基端が有するように、前記操作用ルーメンの先端から長手方向軸に沿って漸減される直径を有している、先端部を有するカテーテル本体と、
前記操作用ルーメンと流体連通しており、前記カテーテル本体が前記操作用ルーメンから離れて折り曲がるように前記操作用ルーメンの先端を半径方向に膨らませるために、そこへ流体を供給する流体源と、
を具備する操作可能なカテーテル装置。 - 前記操作用ルーメンの先端は、端壁を有しており、
該端壁が、前記操作用ルーメンへの流体の供給に応じて、軸方向に移動する
ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。 - 前記流体源が、さらに、真空源を具備することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記流体源が、ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記流体がガスであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- さらに、前記内部ルーメン内に移動可能に配置される撮像システムを具備することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記内部ルーメンが、多孔質材を含む先端を有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記多孔質材には、清浄液が浸透していることを特徴とする請求項25に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記内部ルーメン内で前記多孔質材を介して、移動可能に配置される撮像システムを、さらに、具備することを特徴とする請求項26に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記カテーテル本体の先端部が、シリコーンを具備していることを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記内部ルーメン内に配置されるコイルスプリングを、さらに、具備することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記コイルスプリングが、第1と第2の部分、および、この第1と第2の部分の間の中間部分とを有し、該中間部分が前記第1と第2の部分よりも可撓性のあるように、前記中間部分の前記コイルが拡大されることを特徴とする請求項29に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記カテーテルが撮像マーカーを有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記操作用ルーメンが、その中に、少なくとも1つの圧電トランスデューサを有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のカテーテル装置。
