Claims (15)
- ポリマーを溶剤に溶解させてポリマー溶液を得るポリマー溶解工程と、
前記ポリマー及び前記溶剤と非相溶性であり、前記溶剤の沸点以上に加熱されている液体に、前記ポリマー溶液を散布し前記溶剤を蒸発させて繊維状のポリマーを密閉された析出槽で析出するポリマー析出工程と、
析出された繊維状ポリマーを前記析出槽から液中搬送する第1送液工程と、
前記液中搬送された繊維状ポリマーを密閉された水洗槽で水洗する水洗工程と、
水洗された繊維状ポリマーを前記水洗槽から液中搬送する第2送液工程と、
前記ポリマー析出工程、前記水洗工程で発生する溶剤ガスを冷却して凝縮する凝縮工程と
を含む繊維製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の繊維製造方法により析出された前記繊維状ポリマーから水を分離してシート状ポリマーにする水分離工程と、
前記シート状ポリマーを不織布に形成する不織布形成工程とを
を含む不織布製造方法。 - 前記水分離工程では、走行する網状ベルトの幅方向に、前記繊維状ポリマーを含む水をノズルにより広げて、前記網状ベルトの上に前記繊維状ポリマーによるシート状ポリマーを形成する請求項2記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記水分離工程では、前記網状ベルトの走行速度及び前記ノズルからの繊維状ポリマーの流量を制御して、前記シート状ポリマーの嵩高を変更する請求項3記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記不織布形成工程は、各繊維状ポリマーを複数のロールにより挟持し搬送して不織布とするカレンダー工程を含む請求項2から4いずれか1項記載の不織布製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーがセルロースアシレートであり、前記溶剤がメチレンクロライドであり、前記液体が水であり、
前記ポリマー析出工程のセルロースアシレート溶液の温度が20℃以上40℃以下であり、前記水の温度が40℃以上100℃以下である請求項2から5いずれか1項記載の不織布製造方法。 - 前記水分離工程で発生する溶剤ガスを吸着するガス吸着工程を含む請求項2から6いずれか1項記載の不織布製造方法。
- ポリマーを溶剤に溶解させてポリマー溶液を得るポリマー溶解槽と、
前記ポリマー及び前記溶剤と非相溶性であり、前記溶剤の沸点以上に加熱されている液体に、前記ポリマー溶液を散布し前記溶剤を蒸発させて前記ポリマーを繊維状に析出する密閉されている析出槽と、
析出された繊維状ポリマーを水洗する密閉されている水洗槽と、
水洗された前記繊維状ポリマーから水を分離する水分離槽と、
前記析出槽から前記水洗槽に前記繊維状ポリマーを含む水を液中搬送する第1送液部と、
前記水洗槽から前記水分離槽に前記繊維状ポリマーを含む水を液中搬送する第2送液部と、
前記析出槽、前記水洗槽で発生する溶剤ガスを冷却して凝縮するコンデンサと
を備える繊維製造設備。 - 前記液体が水であり、前記コンデンサで凝縮された液体を水と溶剤とに分離する分離槽を備える請求項8記載の繊維製造設備。
- ポリマーを溶剤に溶解させてポリマー溶液を得るポリマー溶解槽と、
前記ポリマー及び前記溶剤と非相溶性であり、前記溶剤の沸点以上に加熱されている液体に、前記ポリマー溶液を散布し前記溶剤を蒸発させて前記ポリマーを繊維状に析出する密閉されている析出槽と、
析出された繊維状ポリマーを水洗する密閉されている水洗槽と、
前記繊維状ポリマーから水を分離してシート状ポリマーにする水分離槽と、
前記析出槽から前記水洗槽に前記繊維状ポリマーを含む水を液中搬送する第1送液部と、
前記水洗槽から前記水分離槽に前記繊維状ポリマーを含む水を液中搬送する第2送液部と、
前記析出槽、前記水洗槽で発生する溶剤ガスを冷却して凝縮するコンデンサと、
前記シート状ポリマーを不織布に形成する不織布形成装置と
を備える不織布製造設備。 - 前記水分離槽は、
走行する網状ベルトと、
前記網状ベルトの幅方向に、前記繊維状ポリマーを含む水を広げて、前記網状ベルトの上に前記繊維状ポリマーによるシートを形成するノズルと
を備える請求項10記載の不織布製造設備。 - 前記網状ベルトの走行速度及び前記ノズルからの前記繊維状ポリマーの流量のいずれかを制御し、前記シートの嵩高を変更する制御部を備える請求項11記載の不織布製造設備。
- 前記ポリマーがセルロースアシレートであり、前記溶剤がメチレンクロライドであり、前記液体が水であり、
前記析出槽の前記セルロースアシレートの溶液の温度が20℃以上40℃以下であり、前記水の温度が40℃以上100℃以下である請求項10から12いずれか1項記載の不織布製造設備。 - 前記コンデンサで凝縮された液体を水と溶剤とに分離する分離槽を備える請求項13記載の不織布製造設備。
- 前記水分離槽で発生する溶剤ガスを吸着するガス吸着塔を備える請求項10から14いずれか1項記載の不織布製造設備。
