Claims (9)
- 薬物送達デバイス用のカートリッジであって、
−円柱形状の本体(32)と、
−本体(32)内に、反対の両軸方向に沿って、すなわち遠位方向(24)に沿ってかつ近位方向(26)に沿って摺動可能に配置されたピストン(10)と、
−ピストン(10)が本体(32)に対し変位するとき、ピストン(10)と本体(32)の内壁(36)との間に摩擦力を発生させるように、ピストン(10)に動作可能に係合された少なくとも1つの摩擦手段(14)と、
を具備し、
−本体(32)に対して遠位方向(24)および近位方向(26)へのピストン(10)の軸方向変位に応じて、少なくとも1つの摩擦手段(14)が、大きさの異なるそれぞれの近位摩擦力および遠位摩擦力を発生させるように適合され、
−摩擦手段(14)が、ピストン(10)の少なくとも1つのレセプタクル(12)内に軸方向に(24、26)に摺動可能に配置された少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(14)を備え、
−レセプタクル(12)の軸方向広がりが、摩擦部材(14)の軸方向の寸法より大きく、レセプタクル(12)が、本体(32)の内壁(36)に向かって半径方向に開放し、レセプタクル(12)が、摩擦部材(14)に対する遠位停止面(20)および近位停止面(18)を備え、遠位停止面(20)の半径方向の広がりは、近位停止面(18)の半径方向の広がりより大きく、そしてレセプタクル(12)が環状溝(12)を含む、
上記カートリッジ。 - レセプタクル(12)の半径方向サイズが軸方向に変化する、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ。

- 摩擦部材(14)が、溝内に軸方向(24、26)に摺動可能に配置された環状リングを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のカートリッジ。
- 薬物送達デバイスの機械的挙動をシミュレートする訓練装置であって、
−円柱形状の本体(32)と、
−本体(32)内に、反対の両軸方向に沿って、すなわち遠位方向(24)に沿ってかつ近位方向(26)に沿って摺動可能に配置されたピストン(10)と、
−ピストン(10)が本体(32)に対して変位するとき、ピストン(10)と本体(32)の内壁(36)との間に摩擦力を発生させるように、ピストン(10)に動作可能に係合された少なくとも1つの摩擦手段(14)と、
を具備し、
−本体(32)に対して遠位方向(24)および近位方向(26)へのピストン(10)の軸方向変位に応じて、少なくとも1つの摩擦手段(14)が、大きさの異なるそれぞれの近位摩擦力および遠位摩擦力を発生させるように適合され、
−摩擦手段(14)が、ピストン(10)の少なくとも1つのレセプタクル(12)内に軸方向に(24、26)に摺動可能に配置された少なくとも1つの摩擦部材(14)を備え、
−レセプタクル(12)の軸方向広がりが、摩擦部材(14)の軸方向の寸法より大きく、レセプタクル(12)が、本体(32)の内壁(36)に向かって半径方向に開放し、レセプタクル(12)が、摩擦部材(14)に対する遠位停止面(20)および近位停止面(18)を備え、遠位停止面(20)の半径方向の広がりは、近位停止面(18)の半径方向の広がりより大きく、そしてレセプタクル(12)が環状溝(12)を含む、

を具備する、上記薬物送達デバイス。 - 駆動機構のピストン・ロッド(34)が、カートリッジの本体に対して軸方向にかつ/または近位方向にピストンを摺動可能に変位させるように、カートリッジのピストン(10)と動作可能に連結可能である、請求項8に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
