Claims (7)
- 単一の磁心(102)の内周面上に実装されるための電磁コイル構造(106)であって、
前記コイル構造は、フラット導電性トラック(110)として形成された少なくとも1つの導電性巻回と、前記巻回を備えるための少なくとも1つのフレキシブル電気絶縁キャリア(112)とを備え、
前記コイル構造は、前記磁心内に磁束を誘導および/または受容するように前記磁心上に実装可能であり、
前記コイル構造は、前記磁心の磁束案内要素(104)を受容するための少なくとも1つの開口(108)を備え、
前記コイル構造は、前記磁心の前記内周面、並びに該内周面に隣接する前記磁心の上面及び下面に密着するよう、前期内周面の直線状の縁に沿って曲げられることを特徴とする電磁コイル構造。 - 実装状態において、前記コイル構造は、ステータまたはロータの磁心をU字状に包むように二度曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁コイル構造。
- 前記磁心に前記コイル構造を固定するための接着層および/または機械的固定要素(124)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁コイル構造。
- 前記フラット導電性トラックは、前記開口の周囲に螺旋状に巻かれることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の電磁コイル構造。
- 前記コイル構造は、前記フラット導電性トラックを密封するために電気絶縁被覆層またはレジストをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の電磁コイル構造。
- 前記コイル構造は、交互にされた導電層が電気的絶縁層によって近接する導電層から絶縁されている複数層のフレキシブル回路基板組立体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の電磁コイル構造。
- 複数の導電性巻回が同じ前記開口(108)の周りに備えられることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の電磁コイル構造。
