Description
Claims (11)
- 粉末活性炭(PAC)および/または石炭燃焼残渣(CCRs)を処理するための方法であって、当該方法は、
少なくとも1つの、消費済みのPACおよび/またはCCRから、少なくとも1つの重金属を分離して、浄化した流れおよび重金属流れを生成するために、当該少なくとも1つの、消費済みのPACおよび/またはCCRを加熱するステップ、
結合流れを生成するために、前記重金属流れに水溶性アルカリ土類金属硫化物および/または多硫化物を結合するステップ、および、
前記結合流れから少なくとも1つの重金属の少なくとも一部を取り除くステップ、 を有する、粉末活性炭および/または石炭燃焼残渣を処理するための方法。 - 請求項1の方法において、前記水溶性アルカリ土類金属多硫化物が、カルシウム多硫化物またはマグネシウム多硫化物である、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、さらに産業プロセスから、少なくとも1つの、消費済みのPACおよび/またはCCRを収集するステップ、を有する、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記重金属流れに水溶性アルカリ土類金属硫化物を結合するステップが、前記水溶性アルカリ土類金属硫化物を前記重金属流れに供給するステップである、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記結合ステップは、重金属流れに触媒を結合するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記結合ステップは、重金属流れに界面活性剤または超分散剤を結合するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、前記加熱ステップは、不活性雰囲気で、少なくとも1つの、消費済みのPACおよび/またはCCRを加熱するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、さらに、残留燃焼灰を生成するために、少なくとも1つの、消費済みのPACおよび/またはCCRを燃焼させるステップ、を有する、方法。
- 請求項8の方法において、さらに、前記残留燃焼灰を収集するステップ、を有する、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、結合するステップは、水溶性アルカリ土類金属硫化物を重金属流れに噴射するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1の方法において、さらに、少なくとも1つの、重金属の取り除かれた部分を、前記結合流れからパティキュレートフィルタで捕捉するステップ、を有する、方法。
