Description
Claims (10)
- 内壁が中心軸を有する蒸気出口導管を画定する蒸気出口ノズルと、
蒸気出口導管から懸架され、中心開口が中心軸と同心である支持ウェブと、
一端部に該一端部が中心開口内に滑り込むのを防止するストップを、また、別の端部に1つ以上の開口が設けられたオリフィス板を有し、中心開口内に軸方向移動可能に支持されたシャフトとを含む蒸気発生器であって、
オリフィス板は中心軸に対して実質的に垂直に延び、オリフィス板は前記一端部のストップが中心開口上に載ったときに蒸気出口導管から離隔した状態にあり、また、シャフトがストップを支持ウェブの中心開口から遠ざける方向に、その行程の限界位置まで動いたときに、前記別の端部にあるオリフィス板は蒸気出口導管の入力端部上に載っており、
オリフィス板は、シャフトがその行程の限界位置まで動いたときに、蒸気出口導管を介する蒸気流量が、オリフィス板の1つ以上の開口の一部が封止されることにより、ストップが中心開口上に載ってシャフトが開位置にあるときに比べて制限される閉位置にあり、
さらにシャフトを開位置に付勢する付勢機構を含む
蒸気発生器。 - オリフィス板の開口は中心軸の周りに対称的に形成された複数の孔である、請求項1に記載の蒸気発生器。
- 開口は、少なくとも2つの同心円を形成し、軸の周りに等間隔に配置された一連の孔から成る、請求項2に記載の蒸気発生器。
- 蒸気出口導管の入口とオリフィス板は相補的な輪郭を有する、請求項2に記載の蒸気発生器。
- 中心軸が垂直方向に延び、付勢機構は重力である、請求項1に記載の蒸気発生器。
- 付勢機構は、支持ウェブとオリフィス板との間に支持されたばねである、請求項1に記載の蒸気発生器。
- ばねがシャフトに巻着される、請求項6に記載の蒸気発生装置。
- オリフィス板を閉位置に支持するためのラッチを含む、請求項1に記載の蒸気発生器。
- オリフィス板が閉位置にあるとき、オリフィス板の外周側の孔は封止される、請求項3記載の蒸気発生器。
- オリフィス板が閉位置にあるとき、オリフィス板の孔のうちシャフトの直近にあるものは封止されない、請求項9記載の蒸気発生器。
