Description
こうして製造されるガス中には、水素と共に多量のCO2も含まれているため、水素の工業的利用にはCO2の除去・回収が必要である。
(CO2/水素分離)
本発明のシステムを用いて、水素からCO2分離回収を行った。
・供給ガス組成:CO2(50%)/水素(50%)
・供給ガス全圧(絶対圧):4atm
・供給ガス露点:−20oC以下
・供給ガス流速:600mL(STP)/min
・透過側全圧:大気圧
・有効膜面積:10cm2
なお、本実施例では、脱水工程後を想定した模擬ガスを用いることとした。
供給ガス全圧:絶対圧0.4MPa、供給ガス全流量600mL(STP)/minとして、上記と同様にしてCO2の分離回収を行った。
供給ガス全圧:絶対圧0.4MPa、供給ガス全流量300mL(STP)/minとして上記と同様にしてCO2の分離回収を行った。
2 脱水処理モジュール
Claims (5)
- CO2膜分離手段の前段に脱水手段を具備し、かつ、CO2膜分離手段は、多孔質基体上に製膜したCO2選択的透過性を示す親水性ゼオライト膜を具備し、該多孔質基体上に製膜した親水性ゼオライト膜は、100〜800℃の加熱処理により脱水処理されたものであり、脱水手段の後段に水素を選択的に透過させる貴金属膜が備えられていることを特徴とするCO 2 を含有する60℃以下の混合ガスからCO 2 を分離回収するCO2の膜分離回収システム。
- 請求項1に記載のCO2の膜分離回収システムを用いたCO2の膜分離回収方法であって、
CO2膜分離工程の前段に脱水工程を具備し、かつ、CO2膜分離工程は、供給ガス露点が−80〜0℃の乾燥状態に保たれる、方法。 - 炭化水素またはアルコールから水素を製造するプロセスにおいてCO2を分離回収する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 水素精製を行う工程を含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- CO2、H2、CH4およびCOを含有する混合ガスからCO2を分離回収する、請求項2に記載の方法。
