炭化物粒子1a:杉チップを400℃で炭化した顆粒状炭化物粒子
炭化物粒子層1の厚さ:25mm
透湿性シート:ポリエステルシート
メッシュ部材:メラミン焼き付け塗装した直径2.5mmの鉄丸棒
枠材料:厚さ10mmの杉材

Claims (12)
- バイオマスを原料として産生された抗菌性成分を含む溶液に含浸させて乾燥させた炭化物粒子層と、
前記炭化物粒子層を挟んだ第1、第2の透湿性シートと
を具備し、
前記炭化物粒子層の炭化物粒子の直径は前記第1、第2の透湿性シートの孔の直径より大きい水蒸気流制御構造。 - 前記炭化物粒子の直径は0.1μm〜10mmであり、
前記透湿性シートの孔の直径は0.1μm〜100μmである請求項1に記載の水蒸気流制御構造。 - 前記炭化物粒子層は炭化した顆粒状炭粒よりなる請求項1に記載の水蒸気流制御構造。
- 前記第1、第2の透湿性シートはポリエステルシートよりなる請求項1に記載の水蒸気流制御構造。
- 前記溶液はフルボ酸溶液及び/又は酢液である請求項1に記載の水蒸気流制御構造。
- 前記第1、第2の透湿性シートをメッシュ状部材で固定した請求項1に記載の水蒸気流制御構造。
- 所定サイズでユニット化した請求項1に記載の水蒸気流制御構造。
- 乾燥室と、
前記乾燥室内に設けられた加熱手段と
を具備し、
前記乾燥室の天井、壁、床、開閉扉の少なくとも一部は請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の水蒸気流制御構造によって構成された乾燥装置。 - さらに、送風ファンを具備する請求項8に記載の乾燥装置。
- ロータリーキルン式乾燥室と、
前記ロータリーキルン式乾燥室内に設けられた加熱手段と
を具備し、
前記ロータリーキルン式乾燥室の円筒壁の少なくとも一部は請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の水蒸気流制御構造によって構成された乾燥装置。 - 主乾燥室と、
前記主乾燥室内に設けられた減圧乾燥室と、
前記主乾燥室と前記減圧乾燥室との間の近傍に設けられた減圧ファンと
を具備し、
前記主乾燥室の天井、壁、床、開閉扉の少なくとも一部は請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の水蒸気流制御構造によって構成された乾燥装置。 - さらに、前記主乾燥室と前記減圧乾燥室との間の近傍に設けられた循環ファンを具備する請求項11に記載の乾燥装置。
