Description
本実施の形態では、充放電による劣化が少なく、サイクル特性に優れた蓄電装置の負極の構造及びその作製方法について、図1乃至図4を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1と異なる構造の負極及びその作製方法について、図5及び図6を用いて説明する。本実施の形態で説明する負極は、実施の形態1と比較して、集電体を有する点が異なる。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置の構造及び作製方法について説明する。
本発明の一態様に係る蓄電装置は、電力により駆動する様々な電気機器の電源として用いることができる。

- 負極を有し、
前記負極は、
集電体と、
前記集電体上に設けられた、複数の突起の形状を有する第1のシリコンと、
前記第1のシリコンの表面に着接された、第2のシリコンと、
前記第2のシリコンの表面に着接された、グラフェンと、を有し、
前記複数の突起の軸は、互いに揃っており、
前記第1のシリコンは、活物質として機能することを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 負極を有し、
前記負極は、
集電体と、
前記集電体上に設けられた、複数の突起の形状を有する第1のシリコンと、
前記第1のシリコンの表面に着接された、第2のシリコンと、
前記第2のシリコンの表面に着接された、グラフェンと、を有し、
前記複数の突起の上面形状は、並進対称性を有し、
前記第1のシリコンは、活物質として機能することを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 負極を有し、
前記負極は、

前記第1のシリコンは、活物質として機能することを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 負極を有し、
前記負極は、

前記集電体上に設けられた、複数の突起の形状を有する第1のシリコンと、
前記第1のシリコンの表面に着接された、第2のシリコンと、
前記第2のシリコンの表面に着接された、ニッケル薄膜と、を有し、
前記複数の突起の上面形状は、並進対称性を有し、
前記第1のシリコンは、活物質として機能することを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、
前記複数の突起は、柱状、錐体状、板状、又はパイプ状であることを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一において、
前記集電体は、チタンを有し、
前記集電体と、前記第1のシリコンとの間に、チタンシリサイドを有することを特徴とする蓄電装置。
