Claims (4)
- 固定ディスクに設けた固定側連通孔と、当該固定ディスクに密着した状態で回転する回転ディスクに設けた回転側連通孔とを通じて燃料ガスを流すことにより、ガスバーナへの燃料ガスの供給量を制御するようになされたガス制御弁であって、
上記固定側連通孔または上記回転側連通孔のうち一方は、幅および深さがそれぞれ一定で所定長さの溝から成る最小絞り区間部と、幅または深さの少なくとも一方が徐々に変化する溝から成る中間絞り区間部と、貫通孔から成る開口部とを備え、
上記最小絞り区間部と上記中間絞り区間部と上記開口部とが連続して設けられていることを特徴とするガス制御弁。 - 上記最小絞り区間部と上記中間絞り区間部と上記開口部とが上記回転側連通孔に備えられ、
上記固定ディスクは、上記回転ディスクを回転させて停止したときにおける上記回転側連通孔の上記最小絞り区間部の位置を基準として、上記固定ディスクを回転させて上記固定側連通孔の位置を補正することを可能とする補正機構を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス制御弁。 - 上記固定ディスクまたは回転ディスクのうち一方のディスクの少なくとも密着面に陽極酸化処理を施したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス制御弁。
- ガス制御弁の構成部品として用いられるディスク部品であって、
対向する他のディスク部品に設けられた他側連通孔との間で流れる燃料ガスの量を調節するための連通孔を備え、
上記連通孔は、幅および深さがそれぞれ一定で所定長さの溝から成る最小絞り区間部と、幅または深さの少なくとも一方が徐々に変化する溝から成る中間絞り区間部と、貫通孔から成る開口部とを備え、
上記最小絞り区間部と上記中間絞り区間部と上記開口部とが連続して設けられていることを特徴とするディスク部品。
