Description
Claims (5)
- 医療用管体同士を接続するコネクタ(10)であって、
流体を流通可能な流路(50)、及び前記流路(50)に連なる空間部(76)を有する本体(38)と、
前記空間部(76)に変位自在に配設される基体(88)、及び前記基体(88)の弾性変形に基づき前記流路(50)に対し開閉可能なスリット(86)を有する弁体(36、36A)とを備え、
前記弁体(36、36A)は、前記スリット(86)の開閉方向に沿って前記基体(88)の底部に設けられ、前記スリット(86)の開閉を促す案内部(96)と、
前記スリット(86)の長手方向両端部の近傍位置を通り且つ前記案内部(96)の両側を延在するように突出形成された肉厚部(94)とを有する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ(10)。 - 請求項1記載のコネクタ(10)において、
前記案内部(96)は、前記スリット(86)の開閉方向外側の肉厚が、前記スリット(86)の形成箇所付近の肉厚よりも薄いことにより構成される
ことを特徴とするコネクタ(10)。 - 請求項2記載のコネクタ(10)において、
前記案内部(96)は、前記スリット(86)から前記開閉方向外側に向かって前記弁体(36)の肉厚が漸減するテーパ状に形成されている
ことを特徴とするコネクタ(10)。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のコネクタ(10)において、
前記肉厚部(94)は、前記スリット(86)の長手方向と直交する方向に直線状に延在する壁部(94b)を有する
ことを特徴とするコネクタ(10)。 - 医療用管体同士を接続するコネクタ(10)に適用される弁体(36、36A)であって、
基体(88)と、
前記基体(88)に設けられた開閉可能なスリット(86)と、
前記スリット(86)の開閉方向に沿って前記基体(88)の底部に設けられ、前記スリット(86)の開閉を促す案内部(96)と、
前記スリット(86)の長手方向両端部の近傍位置を通り且つ前記案内部(96)の両側を延在するように突出形成された肉厚部(94)とを有する
ことを特徴とする弁体(36、36A)。
