Description
a) 前記少なくとも一つの成分は、金型中に充填され;
b) 表面を有する陥凹が、前記材料、特に焼結可能材料又はプラスチック材料の、充填された少なくとも一つの第1成分の中に押し込まれ;かつ、
c) 前記表面が、空間において湾曲界面を形成し、
d) 陥凹の中に充填される少なくとも一つの第2成分に向く、
プロセスに関する。
a) スリップを、例えば表面が記載の境界に一致する多孔性石膏金型の中に、加圧下又は無加圧下で鋳込むことによって、前述の調製プロセスによる表面形態を有する成形部材Aを調製すること;
b) a)による成形部材Aに対して陰性輪郭を有する第2成形部材Bを調製すること;
c) 二つの成形部分A及びBを組み合わせてコンパウンドユニットCを形成すること、組み合わせは、場合によって、成形後熱処理とともに、加圧又は無加圧下で、コンパウンドユニットCの全体外形(組み合わせ成分/コンパウンドユニットの表面)を定める金型の内又は外(金型脱離後)において行われる。
或いは:
a) 前述の調製プロセスによる表面形態を有する成形部材Aを調製すること、調製は、スリップを、例えば、表面が記載の境界に一致する多孔性石膏金型の中に、加圧下又は無加圧下で鋳込むことによって実行される;
b) 成形部材Aを金型から取り出し、コンパウンドユニットの最終輪郭に一致する別の石膏金型の中に、成形部材Aを位置づけること;
c) 該金型を、圧力の下又は圧力無しに、場合によって、金型内又は金型脱離後に熱処理下に、別のスリップによって充填すること。
a) 前述の調製プロセスによる表面形態を有する成形部材Aを調製すること、調製は、結合材添加又は無添加の可塑化組成物を、対応金型の中に、場合によって熱安定化を伴い、圧力の下又は圧力無しに、挿入することによって行われる;
b) a)による成形部材Aに対して陰性輪郭を有する第2成形部材Bを調製すること;
c) 二つの成形部分A及びBを組み合わせてコンパウンドユニットCを形成すること、組み合わせは、場合によって、成形後熱処理とともに、加圧又は無加圧下で、コンパウンドユニットCの全体外形(組み合わせ成分/コンパウンドユニットの表面)を定める金型の内又は外において行われる。
前記材料は少なくとも第1成分及び第2成分を有し;
第2成分は、第1成分のものとは異なる着色を有し、第2成分は、界面が空間において曲面を描くように第1成分の中に配置されて前記界面を形成し;
前記界面は、一組の天然歯又は人工歯から作製されるセクションから、種々の湾曲度の曲率半径を有する表面を創出することによって得ることができ;及び/又は、
前記界面は、該一組の天然歯又は人工歯の象牙質/エナメル質境界の筋道から、種々の湾曲度の曲率半径を有する表面を創出することによって得ることができ;
種々の湾曲度の曲率半径を有する該創出表面は、曲率半径の湾曲度の関数として配置され;かつ
得られる創出表面の空間配置が、界面の全体を産みだすプロセスに関する。
−加圧スリップキャスティング
−顆粒のドライ加圧法
−押出法など
が挙げられる。
−本発明による多孔性ケイ酸セラミック体を加工すること、次いで、
a) スキャフォールドの上にベニアを位置づけ、それを焼結焼成に付すこと;又は、
b) この修復物前駆体を高密度焼結して最終的歯科修復物を形成すること;又は、
c) ベニアを高密度焼結すること、次いで、それをスキャフォールドに位置づけ、結合させること(焼結、接着性結合、ガラス溶接剤を用いて)、
を含むプロセスに関する。
この修復物を炉に入れる前に、あらかじめ600℃で6分加熱し;
最終温度(1165℃)で40分加熱し;
最大温度に10分維持した。
−500℃で6分間のプレ加熱
−910℃において55℃/分で加熱
−最大温度を1分間保持。
−500℃で6分間のプレ加熱
−880℃において55℃/分で加熱
−880℃で1分間完全に焼結。
Claims (8)
- 以下の工程を含む歯科修復物の調製プロセス:
所望の表面形態を有する成形体を調製する工程;
前記成形体から結合剤を除去して、真空下、結合剤を除去してプレフォームを得る工程;
真空下、前記プレフォームを780℃〜800℃で焼結して多孔性ケイ酸セラミック体を得る工程;
前記多孔性ケイ酸セラミック体を研削又は研磨して歯科修復物前駆体を得る工程;および
a) スキャフォールドの上に前記歯科修復物前駆体を位置づけ、それを高密度焼結に付す工程;または、
b) 前記歯科修復物前駆体を高密度焼結する工程;または
c) 前記歯科修復物前駆体を高密度焼結し、次いで、スキャフォールドに位置づけ、結合させる工程;
ここで、前記多孔性ケイ酸セラミック体は、ISO 6872にしたがって測定した3点曲げ強度が、25から180 MPaであり、かつ、第1密度を有し、
前記歯科修復物は第2密度を有し、
第1密度は第2密度に対し2/5から98/100である。 - 前記プレフォームが780℃で焼結される請求項1に記載の歯科修復物の調製プロセス。
- 前記多孔性ケイ酸セラミック体のISO 6872にしたがって測定される熱膨張率(CTE)が、少なくとも7×10-6 K-1である請求項1または2に記載の歯科修復物の調製プロセス。
- 前記多孔性ケイ酸セラミック体のISO 6872にしたがって測定される熱膨張率(CTE)が、7×10-6 K-1から10×10-6 K-1である請求項1または2に記載の歯科修復物の調製プロセス。
- 前記高密度焼結が最大温度880℃〜910℃で行われる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の歯科修復物の調製プロセス。
- 前記スキャフォールドが二酸化ジルコニウムを含む請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の歯科修復物の調製プロセス。
- 前記工程a)またはc)を含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の歯科修復物の調製プロセス。
- 前記工程a)を含む請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の歯科修復物の調製プロセス。
