Description

「回路遮断器」という用語は、スイッチ、遮断器、断続器、及び断路器も含む。
Claims (14)
- 開位置と、閉位置との間で互いに移動可能な第1の接触部(1)と第2の接触部(2)とを備え、
前記開位置では、前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが互いから間隔が離れており、
前記閉位置では、前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが互いに電気的に接触する、回路遮断器であって、
前記第1の接触部は、
前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが前記閉位置にあるときに前記第2の接触部と電気的に接触するように適合された一又は複数の接触要素(3)と、
前記接触要素と熱接触するように配置された金属製のメッシュ(8)とを含み、
前記メッシュは、前記接触要素(3)をその中に受け入れる空間を囲みかつ規定し、前記接触要素(3)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む、回路遮断器。 - 前記接触要素(3)は、前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが前記閉位置にあるときに前記第2の接触部の整合接触面(5)と電気的に接触するように適合され、前記メッシュは、前記接触要素と、前記第2の接触部の前記整合接触面との間の接点の近傍に配置される、請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記メッシュ(8)は、前記第1の接触部(1)の軸方向、及び半径方向に延在する、請求項1又は2に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記メッシュ(8)は、前記第1の接触部(1)の軸方向に前記接触要素(3)の長さに沿って少なくとも延在する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記第1の接触部(1)は、前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが前記閉位置にあるときに、前記第2の接触部(2)と接触するように適合された複数の触手部(3)を備え、前記メッシュ(8)は、前記触手部と熱接触するように配置される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記第1の接触部は、前記接触要素(3)を囲み、前記接触要素と静電シールドアセンブリとの間に空間(6)が形成されるように配置された前記静電シールドアセンブリ(4)を備え、前記メッシュは前記接触要素と前記静電シールドアセンブリとの間に形成された前記空間(6)に位置決めされる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記静電シールドアセンブリ(4)は、前記接触要素から外方に向いた壁を備え、前記壁には、前記接触要素と前記静電シールドアセンブリとの間に形成された前記空間(6)の換気を改善するために開口部(7)が設けられている、請求項6に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記メッシュ(8)は編まれた物である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記メッシュ(8)は、銅、銅合金、スズめっき銅、銀めっき銅、スズ銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、鋼鉄、又はめっき鋼鉄でできている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記接触要素(3)は、前記第2の接触部に面する前記第1の接触部の端部に設けられている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが前記閉位置にある時に、前記接触要素(3)は、前記第2の接触部の整合接触面(5)と電気的に接触するように適合されており、前記メッシュ(8)は前記接触要素(3)と前記第2の接触部の前記整合接触面(5)との接触点を取り囲むように配置された、請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが前記閉位置にあるときに、前記接触要素(3)を中に受け入れる前記空間は、前記第2の接触部もその中に受け入れるように構成された、請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記第1の接触部と第2の接触部とが前記閉位置にあるときに、前記接触要素(3)を中に受け入れる前記空間は、前記第2の接触部もその中に受け入れ、かつ前記メッシュ(8)は、前記第2の接触部も少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように構成された、請求項1に記載の回路遮断器。
- 前記第1の接触部(1)と前記第2の接触部(2)のうち一方は可動であり、他方は固定されている、請求項1ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の回路遮断器。
