Claims (8)
- 電動モータ(15)で駆動される回転軸(10)と、その回転軸(10)の外周の円筒面に転がり接触する複数の遊星ローラ(11)と、その複数の遊星ローラ(11)を自転可能かつ公転可能に保持し、軸方向移動を規制されたキャリヤ(13)と、前記複数の遊星ローラ(11)を囲むように配置され、軸方向にスライド可能に支持された外輪部材(12)と、その外輪部材(12)の内周に設けられた螺旋凸条(22)と、その螺旋凸条(22)と係合するように前記各遊星ローラ(11)の外周に設けられた螺旋溝または円周溝(23)とを有し、前記回転軸(10)の回転を前記外輪部材(12)の軸方向移動に変換し、前記遊星ローラと前記キャリヤは軸方向移動しない電動式直動アクチュエータにおいて、前記キャリヤ(13)またはキャリヤ(13)と一体に公転する部材(30)の回転角を検出する公転センサ(33)を設け、前記電動モータ(15)の回転角を検出する回転角検出手段(36)を更に設けたことを特徴とする電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記回転角検出手段(36)で検出した電動モータ(15)の回転角と、前記公転センサ(33)で検出したキャリヤ(13)の回転角とを比較し、その回転角の比が予め設定された異常しきい値を超えたときに異常が発生していると判定する異常検出手段(37)を更に設けた請求項1に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 通常時は、前記公転センサ(33)で検出したキャリヤ(13)の回転角に基づいて前記外輪部材(12)の位置制御を行ない、前記公転センサ(33)が故障したときは、前記回転角検出手段(36)で検出した電動モータ(15)の回転角に基づいて前記外輪部材(12)の位置制御を行なう請求項1または2に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記異常検出手段(37)で異常を検出したときに外部に異常を報知する異常報知手段(38)を更に設けた請求項2に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記キャリヤ(13)をスラスト軸受(31)を介して支持する反力受け部材(14)を設け、前記公転センサ(33)が、前記キャリヤ(13)と一体に回転するようにキャリヤ(13)と同軸に設けられた環状のターゲット(34)と、そのターゲット(34)と対向する位置に固定して設けられたターゲット位置検出部(35)とからなる請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ターゲット位置検出部(35)を前記ターゲット(34)に対して非接触に配置し、そのターゲット位置検出部(35)を、前記ターゲット(34)に向けて光を出す投光部と、前記ターゲットで反射した光を受光する受光部とで構成した請求項5に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ターゲット(34)を反対の磁極が周方向に交互にあらわれるように着磁し、前記ターゲット位置検出部(35)を前記ターゲット(34)に対して非接触に配置した磁気検出部で構成した請求項5に記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
- 前記回転角検出手段(36)が、前記電動モータに電力を供給する線間電圧に基づいて回転角を推定する電源装置である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電動式直動アクチュエータ。
