Claims (16)
- 静的反応性ジェットミキサであって、
ホスゲンを含む第1の成分及びアミンを含む第2の成分を混合するための、連続的で円筒状である流体収容チャンバと、
前記チャンバの外部範囲と前記チャンバの内部範囲との間に外部円周方向壁部を有する第1の導管であって、前記第1の導管は、入口部から出口部に前記第1の成分を輸送するために、前記流体収容チャンバを通って延在し、前記第1の導管に沿って第1のノズルの列を有し、前記入口部及び前記出口部の間で、前記外部範囲から前記内部範囲の中へ前記第2の成分を通過させて前記第1の成分と混合させるために、前記第1のノズルの列が前記外部円周方向壁部を貫通している、第1の導管と、
第2のノズルの列からなる富化システムであって、前記流体収容チャンバの中の混合点において第1の成分の中の不足を解決するための富化システムとを有し、前記第2のノズルの列のそれぞれのノズルが、前記第1のノズルの列のノズルの内側に配置されている、静的反応性ジェットミキサ。 - 前記富化システムは、前記第2のノズルの列にあり、当該第2のノズルの列は、前記第1の導管に沿って、前記入口部と前記出口部との間にあり、前記外部円周方向壁部を通る、請求項1に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記第2のノズルの列は、前記第1の成分の第2の供給源の流れ、または冷却流体が前記外部円周方向壁部を通ることを可能にする、請求項2に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記第2のノズルの列は、前記第1のノズルの列からオフセットされている、請求項3に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記第1のノズルの列の少なくとも1つのノズルは、円形、楕円形、三角形、長方形、ダイヤモンド形、および涙滴形からなる群から選択された開口部形状を有しており、前記第1の列の前記ノズルの周りにある第2の開口部は、異なる開口部形状を有している、請求項3に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記第2のノズルの列は、前記第1のノズルの列からオフセットされている、請求項5に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記外部円周方向壁部は、前記第2のノズルの列に連通する第3の導管を前記壁部の中に含む、請求項1に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記流体収容チャンバは、前記第1の導管によって中空にされた連続的な円筒であり、前記第1の導管は、前記チャンバの外部範囲と前記チャンバの内部範囲との間の外部円周方向壁部を有しており、前記外部円周方向壁部は、前記チャンバの前記内部範囲に両方とも連通する少なくとも1つの前記第1のノズルの列および前記第2のノズルの列を含んでおり、前記外部円周方向壁部は、前記第1のノズルの列を通して少なくとも前記第2の成分を通過させるための第2の導管と、前記第2のノズルの列を通して少なくとも前記第1の成分を通過させるための第3の導管とを含む、請求項1に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記第2のノズルの列は、前記第1の成分の第2の供給源の流れを可能にする、請求項7に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記第2のノズルの列は、前記第1のノズルの列から固定距離だけオフセットされている、請求項7に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- 前記第1のノズルの列の少なくとも1つのノズルは、円形、楕円形、三角形、長方形、ダイヤモンド形、および涙滴形からなる群から選択された開口部形状を有しており、前記第1の列の前記ノズルの周りにある第2の開口部は異なる開口部形状を有している、請求項7に記載の静的反応性ジェットミキサ。
- アミン−ホスゲン混合プロセス間の混合方法であって、
静的ミキサの、連続的で円筒状である流体収容チャンバの内側に、第1の導管を通して第1の成分を通過させるステップであって、前記第1の導管は、前記チャンバの外部範囲と前記チャンバの内部範囲との間に外部円周方向壁部を有し、第1のノズルの列および第2のノズルの列を含み、前記第2のノズルの列のそれぞれのノズルが、前記第1の導管に沿って前記第1のノズルの列のノズルの内側に配置されている、ステップと、
前記第1のノズルの列を通して第2の成分を通過させるステップと、
前記第1の導管の中で前記第1の成分と第2の成分を迅速に混合するために、前記第2のノズルの列を通して前記第1の成分を通過させるステップとを含む、方法。 - アミン−ホスゲン混合プロセス間の混合方法であって、
静的ミキサの、連続的で円筒状である流体収容チャンバの内側に、第1の導管を通して第1の成分を通過させるステップであって、前記第1の導管は、前記チャンバの外部範囲と前記チャンバの内部範囲との間に外部円周方向壁部を有し、第1のノズルの列および第2のノズルの列を含み、前記第2のノズルの列のそれぞれのノズルが、前記第1の導管に沿って前記第1のノズルの列のノズルの内側に配置されている、ステップと、
前記第2のノズルの列を通して前記第1の成分を通過させるステップと、
前記第1のノズルの列を通して第2の成分を通過させるステップと、
前記第1の導管の中で前記第1の成分と第2の成分を迅速に混合するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記第2のノズルの列は、前記第1のノズルの列からオフセットされている、請求項12に記載の方法。
