Description
Claims (8)
- 第1及び第2のスキンシートの一面に、メッシュ形態をなし、各メッシュがハニカムコアの各セルよりも細かい伝導体被加熱物を形成する段階;
前記第1及び第2のスキンシートをコンベヤーベルトを用いて加熱コイルが構成されたヒーティングゾーンに移送する段階;
前記加熱コイルに高周波電流を供給し、前記伝導体被加熱物を誘導加熱させることによって前記第1及び第2のスキンシートの界面を溶融させる段階;及び
前記第1及び第2のスキンシートの間に前記ハニカムコアを介在した状態でプレスした後で冷却する段階;を含むことを特徴とする高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。 - 前記伝導体被加熱物は、平面状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。
- 前記加熱コイルに高周波電流を供給する段階は、交流電源(AC)で27±kHz範囲の高周波電流を前記加熱コイルに供給する段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。
- 前記加熱コイルは、冷却水を内部に流すことができる銅材質のチューブで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。
- 前記伝導体被加熱物は、アルミニウム(Al)、銅(Cu)、ステンレススチール(SUS)、又は炭素鋼(CS)のうち少なくとも一つの材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。
- 前記ハニカムコアは、熱によって溶けるように熱可塑性樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のスキンシートは、連続繊維で補強された熱可塑性プラスチック複合素材で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。
- 前記プレスは、ゴムロールによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高周波誘導加熱方法で融着されたサンドイッチ構造物の製造方法。
