Claims (11)

プリフォームをモールド型上にレイアップするステップであって、前記プリフォームが、前記第一の屈曲部および前記第二の屈曲部を有していないものの、前記複合構造体の前記本体に対応する第一の部分と、前記複合構造体の前記フランジに対応する第二の部分とを有しており、前記プリフォームの前記第二の部分が、前記フランジの前記壁部に対応する近位部と、前記フランジの前記リップ部に対応する遠位部とを有しており、前記プリフォームの前記第一の部分および前記第二の部分が複数のシートを有しており、単一方向性のシート材が前記プリフォームの前記第一の部分から前記プリフォームの前記第二の部分の前記遠位部まで延びている、レイアップするステップと、
前記モールド型の可動部分を進行させて前記プリフォームの前記第二の部分の前記近位部を成形することにより前記第一の屈曲部を形成し、前記モールド型の進行している前記可動部分のまわりを囲むように前記プリフォームの前記第二の部分の前記遠位部を成形して前記第二の屈曲部を形成することにより前記フランジを成形するステップと、
成形された前記フランジおよび前記プリフォームの前記第一の部分の樹脂を硬化させるステップと
を有しており、

環状のプリフォームをモールド型上にレイアップするステップであって、前記環状のプリフォームが、前記第一の屈曲部および前記第二の屈曲部を有していないものの、前記収容ケースの前記ハウジングに対応する第一の部分と、前記収容ケースの前記フランジに対応する第二の部分とを有しており、前記環状のプリフォームの前記第二の部分が、前記フランジの前記壁部に対応する近位部と、前記フランジの前記リップ部に対応する遠位部とを有しており、前記環状のプリフォームの前記第一の部分および前記第二の部分が複数のシートを有しており、単一方向性シート材が前記環状のプリフォームの前記第一の部分から前記環状のプリフォームの前記第二の部分の前記遠位部まで延びている、レイアップするステップと、
前記モールド型の可動部分を半径方向外側に向けて移動させて前記環状のプリフォームの前記第二の部分の前記近位部を成形することにより前記第一の屈曲部を形成し、前記モールド型の外側に向けて移動している前記可動部分のまわりを囲むように前記環状のプリフォームの前記第二の部分の前記遠位部を成形して前記第二の屈曲部を形成することにより前記フランジを成形するステップと、
成形された前記フランジおよび前記環状のプリフォームの前記第一の部分の樹脂を硬化させるステップと
を有している、方法。
