Claims (11)
- エンジンオイル循環路の一部としての少なくとも1つのオイル貯留装置と、少なくとも1つの濾過装置と、少なくとも1つのオイル送出ポンプとを備える、内燃機関のエンジンオイルの貯留および濾過のためのシステムであって、
前記濾過装置がオイルの送出方向に関して前記オイル送出ポンプの上流に接続され、
前記オイル貯留装置がオイルパン(4)として設計され、
前記濾過装置が、前記オイルパン(4)の交換可能なフィルタインサート(1)として設計され、
前記フィルタインサート(1)が、少なくとも1つのフィルタハウジング(2)と、前記フィルタハウジング(2)に設けられた少なくとも1つのフィルタエレメント(3)とを備え、
前記フィルタエレメント(3)が、前記オイルの流動方向に、少なくとも1つの第1の濾過層および1つの第2の濾過層を備え、前記第1の濾過層の濾過材(13)が、前記第2の濾過層の濾過材(14)より密であり、
前記第1および第2の濾過層がいくつかの領域に互いに間隔をあけて配置され、前記第2の濾過層から間隔をあけて配置された、いくつかの領域で前記第1の濾過層が流れバイパスを備え、
通路孔機構(16)が流れバイパスとして前記第1の濾過層に設けられ、前記第1の濾過層が折り畳まれた濾過材を備え、前記通路孔機構(16)が、いずれの場合も前記折り目のフランク(15)の領域に設けられることを特徴とするシステム。 - 吸引濾過のみが実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記濾過装置が前記オイルポンプの主送出流中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記濾過装置が前記オイル貯留装置内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- いずれの場合も第1の濾過層と前記第2の濾過層との間にチャンバが設けられ、前記チャンバの境界壁が、前記第1の濾過層の前記折り目の前記フランク(15)によって部分的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルタハウジング(2)が、前記エンジンオイル送出ポンプの吸引側の接続のための少なくとも1つの取り入れ接続部品(22)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 通常の動作条件下で前記濾過装置に生じる圧力損失が400mbar以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルタハウジング(2)が少なくとも1つの部分流ダクト(21)を備え、前記部分流ダクト(21)が、その設置位置では前記取り入れ接続部品(22)を直接前記フィルタハウジング(2)の上側領域に接続することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルタハウジング(2)が、前記オイルパン(4)の最も低い位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の特徴を有するフィルタインサート。
- エンジンオイルが吸引濾過のみを受けることを特徴とする内燃機関のエンジンオイルの循環および濾過のための方法であって、
前記エンジンオイルの濾過が複数段で行われ、
第1の濾過が比較的密な濾過材によって実施され、第2の濾過が比較的粗い濾過材によって実施され、
前記比較的密な濾過材および前記比較的粗い濾過材がいくつかの領域に互いに間隔をあけて配置され、前記比較的粗い濾過材から間隔をあけて配置された、いくつかの領域で前記比較的密な濾過材が流れバイパスを備えることを特徴とする方法。
