Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つのインペラ(16)を含むロータ組立体(18)と、
前記ロータ組立体(18)に結合されて回転可能に支持する軸受(20)と、
ステータ(12)と、
前記少なくとも1つのインペラ(16)と前記軸受(20)との間に配置されるバランスドラム(28)と、
前記バランスドラム(28)の外側の近くに少なくとも部分的に形成され、バランスライン(32)が接続されたバランスチャンバ(34)と、
前記軸受(20)の軸荷重または変位を検出するセンサ(42)と、
検出された前記軸荷重または変位に基づいて、前記バランスチャンバ(34)内の圧力を変更するための制御バルブ(40)と、
を備える遠心圧縮機(10)。 - 前記センサの出力を受信して所定の関数に応じて前記制御バルブを制御するよう構成された制御ロジックを更に備える、請求項1に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記所定の関数は、前記軸受の前記軸荷重が所定値を超えた場合に、前記バランスチャンバの圧力を高める、請求項2に記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記軸受は、能動型磁気軸受である、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記軸受は、油潤滑式軸受である、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記センサは、誘導センサである、請求項1〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記センサは、圧電センサである、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 前記センサは、渦電流センサである、請求項1〜請求項7のいずれかに記載の遠心圧縮機。
- 遠心圧縮機(10)の軸受(20)に作用する軸荷重を動的にバランス調整する方法であって、
前記軸受の軸荷重または変位を検出する段階と、
前記遠心圧縮機(10)のバランスドラム(28)近傍のバランスチャンバ(34)の圧力を、検出された前記軸荷重または変位に基づいて、前記軸受(20)に作用する前記軸荷重が動的にバランスするように制御する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記制御する段階は、前記バランスチャンバの前記圧力を制御するバランスラインに接続されたバルブを開閉する段階を更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記制御する段階は、前記軸受の前記軸荷重が所定値を超えた場合に、前記バランスチャンバの圧力を高めるように作動する、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記軸受は、能動型磁気軸受である、請求項9〜請求項11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記軸受は、油潤滑式軸受である、請求項9〜請求項12のいずれかに記載の方法。
