Description

Claims (11)
- 上死点位置と下死点位置との間で直線的に移動可能な部材の直線方向の運動を回転可能な軸の回転運動に変換するためのアセンブリであって、前記アセンブリが、
前記回転可能な軸に接続され、前記回転可能な軸の周りを回転可能なクランクアームであって、外側周辺端部と回転軸を有する回転可能な輪部材を備えたクランクアーム、および
前記直線的に移動可能な部材に接続され、前記直線的に移動可能な部材と同じ動きをするヨーク構造であって、前記クランクアームが回転している間、前記輪部材が内側周辺端部に沿って回転する前記内側周辺端部を含む、前記ヨーク構造を備え、
前記内側周辺端部は、第1の直線状の端部と肩部を含み、
前記第1の直線状の端部は前記直線的に移動可能な部材の移動方向と直交する方向に伸長し、前記直線的に移動可能な部材が前記上死点位置にある、前記回転可能な軸の回転開始時において少なくとも前記輪部材に係合され、前記第1の直線状の端部と前記輪部材との係合の間、前記内側周辺端部と前記輪部材の前記外側周辺端部との接点は常に、前記輪部材の回転軸から前記直線的に移動可能な部材の移動方向に平行に延長した位置にあり、
前記肩部は前記第1の直線状の端部の端から外方向および下降方向に曲がり、前記接点が前記輪部材の前記外側周辺端部に沿って外方向にシフトするように前記肩部の前記内側周辺端部が形成されており、その結果、前記接点は、前記輪部材の回転軸から前記直線的に移動可能な部材の移動方向に平行に延長した位置よりも外方向にシフトし、前記肩部の位置と形状は、前記直線的に移動可能な部材が下降方向に移動時、前記輪部材が前記第1の直線状の端部との係合後前記肩部と係合し、前記回転可能な軸が前記上死点位置から45度以上回転した領域においても、前記接点が前記外方向にシフトした位置にとどまるように形成されていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、
前記輪部材の前記外側周辺端部と前記ヨークの前記内側周辺端部の形状が、
前記輪部材が前記第1の直線状の端部と係合している時はクランクモードで動作し、前記回転可能な軸が、前記直線的に移動可能な部材の直線運動を前記回転可能な軸の周りの回転運動に変換し、
少なくとも前記輪部材が前記肩部との係合を開始した直後はカムモードで動作して、前記回転可能な軸が回転しても前記直線的に移動可能な部材は移動しないように形成されているアセンブリ。 - 請求項2で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、
前記形状は、前記輪部材が前記肩部との係合を開始し、前記直線的に移動可能な部材が動きを止めたとき、前記直線的に移動可能な部材はほぼ上死点にあるように形成されているアセンブリ。 - 請求項2または請求項3で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、
前記ヨーク構造の前記内側周辺端部はさらに前記第1の直線状の端部に対向する第2の直線状の端部を含み、前記第2の直線状の端部は前記第1の直線状の端部と平行に伸長し、前記輪部材が前記第1の直線状の端部と前記第2の直線状の端部の間を移動する時に前記輪部材が回転するのに十分な距離離れているアセンブリ。 - 請求項4で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、
前記第1の直線状の端部と前記第2の直線状の端部は、前記回転可能な軸のそれぞれの前記回転開始時、および前記輪部材と前記肩部との係合終了時に、前記輪部材が前記第1の直線状の端部と前記第2の直線状の端部の間を移動するように配置されているアセンブリ。 - 請求項4または5で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、前記輪部材は、前記肩部との係合後、前記回転可能な軸が約180度回転したところで、前記第2の直線状の端部と係合するアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、前記直線的に移動可能な部材が、その前記直線運動を容易にするための案内手段を含むアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、前記アセンブリが、内燃機関であるアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、前記直線的に移動可能な部材が、少なくとも1つのピストンであるアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、前記回転可能な軸が、クランク軸であるアセンブリ。
- 請求項7で特徴づけられるようなアセンブリであって、前記案内手段が案内ローラーの形態を備えているアセンブリ。
