Claims (3)
- それぞれ板ばねからなる3個以上の複数個の接点保持ばねが厚さ方向に重ねられてなり一端部に可動接点を保持した接点保持体と、
前記接点保持体の他端部が固定されるとともに前記接点保持体の弾性変形によって前記可動接点が離接可能な位置に固定接点を保持したハウジングとを備え、
前記複数個の接点保持ばねのそれぞれは、前記可動接点に対して前記固定接点が位置する方向に膨出した台形状の膨出部を有し、
前記複数個の接点保持ばねのそれぞれが有する前記膨出部は、互いに隙間を空けて隣り合っており、
隣り合う前記膨出部の隙間のうち、膨出量が最小である第1膨出部と、前記第1膨出部と隣り合う第2膨出部との隙間である第1隙間の寸法は、前記第1隙間とは異なる他の隙間である第2隙間の寸法よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする接点装置。 - 前記固定接点に電気的に接続されて一部が前記ハウジング外に突出する形で前記ハウジングに保持された端子板を備え、
前記膨出部は、前記端子板の近傍に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接点装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の接点装置と、
前記ハウジングに収納及び保持された電磁石と、
前記ハウジングに収納されて前記電磁石の磁力によって駆動されるアーマチュアとを備え、
前記可動接点は、前記アーマチュアに連動して前記固定接点に対して離接することを特徴とする電磁リレー。
