Abstract
【解決手段】第1固定接点40aに接触する第1可動接点30aと、第2固定接点40bに接触する第2可動接点30bと、前記第1可動接点を付勢する第1弾性体と、前記第2可動接点を付勢する第2弾性体と、前記第1弾性体を押圧して前記第1可動接点を前記第1固定接点に接触させ、前記第2弾性体を押圧して前記第2可動接点を前記第2固定接点に接触させる押圧部材と、を具備し、前記押圧部材は、前記第1可動接点を前記第1固定接点に接触させる前に前記第2可動接点を前記第2固定接点に接触させる電磁継電器。

Claims (10)
- 第1固定接点に接触する第1可動接点と、
第2固定接点に接触する第2可動接点と、
前記第1可動接点を付勢する第1弾性体と、
前記第2可動接点を付勢する第2弾性体と、
前記第1弾性体を押圧して前記第1可動接点を前記第1固定接点に接触させ、前記第2弾性体を押圧して前記第2可動接点を前記第2固定接点に接触させる押圧部材と、
を具備し、
前記押圧部材は、前記第1可動接点を前記第1固定接点に接触させる前に前記第2可動接点を前記第2固定接点に接触させることを特徴とする電磁継電器。 - 前記第1固定接点と前記第1可動接点の接点体積より、前記第2可動接点と前記第2固定接点の接点体積が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記押圧部材は、前記第1弾性体を押圧する第1接触押圧部と、前記第2弾性体を押圧する第2接触押圧部と、を備え、前記第1弾性体から前記第1接触押圧部までの距離は、前記第2弾性体から前記第2接触押圧部までの距離より長いことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記押圧部材は、前記第1可動接点を前記第1固定接点から開離させるとともに、前記第2可動接点を前記第2固定接点から開離させ、
前記第1可動接点を前記第1固定接点から開離させた後に前記第2可動接点を前記第2固定接点から開離させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の電磁継電器。 - 前記押圧部材は、前記第1可動接点を前記第1固定接点から開離させる第1開離部と、前記第2可動接点を前記第2固定接点から開離させる第2開離部と、を備え、前記第1弾性体から前記第1開離部までの距離は、前記第2弾性体から前記第2開離部までの距離より短いことを特徴とする請求項4記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記第1可動接点と前記第1弾性体の固定箇所との間における前記第1弾性体の幅は、前記第2可動接点と前記第2弾性体の固定箇所との間における前記第2弾性体の幅より広いことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記第1接触押圧部が接触する位置の前記第1弾性体の幅は、前記第2接触押圧部が接触する位置の第2弾性体の幅より狭いことを特徴とする請求項3記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記第1弾性体は、前記第1可動接点と前記第1弾性体の固定箇所との間において湾曲しており、前記第2弾性体は、前記第2可動接点と前記第2弾性体の固定箇所との間において湾曲していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記第1弾性体は、前記第1接触押圧部が押圧する第3弾性体と、前記第3弾性体と重なり、前記第3弾性体が押圧する第4弾性体と、を有し、前記第2弾性体は、前記第2接触押圧部が押圧する第5弾性体と、前記第5弾性体と重なり、前記第5弾性体が押圧する第6弾性体と、を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記第1可動接点に流れ込むまたは前記第1可動接点から流れ出る電流方向と、前記第1固定接点に流れ込むまたは前記第1固定接点から流れ出る電流方向と、は同じ方向であり、
前記第2可動接点に流れ込むまたは前記第2可動接点から流れ出る電流方向と、前記第2固定接点に流れ込むまたは前記第2固定接点から流れ出る電流方向と、は同じ方向であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載の電磁継電器。
