Description
R’’は、水素、C1〜C12−アルキル基又は−(CH2)q−COOM基(q=1〜5)であり、
n及びmは、いずれの場合も0〜5の整数であり、
R’’’は、水素又はC1〜C12−アルキル基又はC2〜C12−アルケニル基(これらは、更に、5個以下のヒドロキシル基で置換されていても良い)
又は以下の基のいずれか1種であり、
o及びpはいずれの場合も0〜5の整数であり、及び
Mは互いに独立して、対応する化学量論量の、水素、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム又は置換されたアンモニウムである]
で表される1種以上の錯化剤塩を含む顆粒を製造する方法であって、
当該開始水性溶液の総重量に基づいて10〜80質量%の濃度の前記1種以上の錯化剤塩を含む開始水性溶液から、
噴流装置(jet apparatus)の中央に位置し、底部から頂部に向いたガスの駆動噴流口(gaseous driving jet)、又は噴流装置の中心軸領域に位置する1個以上のガスの駆動噴流口が内部ループ運動を誘導し、且つ当該内部ループ運動が、噴流帯域(jet zone)を形成し、該噴流帯域はその上部末端である噴水帯域(fountain zone)に接続し、該噴水帯域は噴流装置の壁領域の回帰帯域(return zone)に合流し、回帰帯域はその下部領域にて、順に噴流帯域に合流することで誘導される噴流装置において、前記開始水性溶液を、1個以上のガスの駆動噴流中に噴霧し、それにより乾燥して顆粒を得て、顆粒を噴流装置から放出することを特徴とする製造方法によって達成される。
R’’は、水素、C1〜C12−アルキル基又は−(CH2)q−COOM基(q=1〜5)であり、
n及びmは、いずれの場合も0〜5の整数であり、
R’’’は、水素又はC1〜C12−アルキル基又はC2〜C12−アルケニル基(これらは、更に、5個以下のヒドロキシル基で置換されていても良い)
又は以下の基のいずれか1種であり、
o及びpはいずれの場合も0〜5の整数であり、及び
Mは互いに独立して、対応する化学量論量の、水素、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム又は置換されたアンモニウムである]
で表される。
直列の噴流装置、即ち、上記のように構成され、連続に接続された2台以上の装置を使用することもできる。
噴流帯域、噴水帯域及び回帰帯域における温度は、好ましくは70〜150℃の範囲である。
噴流装置(ProCell5型(Glatt))において、40%濃度のTrilon M(登録商標)溶液(メチルグリシン−N,N−二酢酸の三ナトリウム塩)を噴霧造粒した。噴流装置は、体積流量180Nm3/hで、入り口温度180℃の空気を駆動噴流として用いて運転した。噴流装置の下部領域において、上記水性溶液を9.5kg/hで、二種材料ノズル(two-material nozzle)を用いて、噴霧した。ここで、霧化ガスとして、0.8MPa(8bar)の圧縮空気を用いた。噴流装置における温度は80℃であった。
比較のため、同一の40%濃度のTrilon M(登録商標)溶液を、流動床において、噴霧造粒した。ここでは、直径300mmの流動床装置(BASF SE)を使用した。
Claims (11)
- 一般式(I):
R’は、水素又は以下の基のいずれか1種であり、
R’’は、水素、C1〜C12−アルキル基又は−(CH2)q−COOM基(q=1〜5)であり、
n及びmは、いずれの場合も0〜5の整数であり、
R’’’は、水素又はC1〜C12−アルキル基又はC2〜C12−アルケニル基(これらは、更に、5個以下のヒドロキシル基で置換されていても良い)
又は以下の基のいずれか1種であり、
o及びpはいずれの場合も0〜5の整数であり、及び
Mは互いに独立して、対応する化学量論量の、水素、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニウム又は置換されたアンモニウムである]
で表される1種以上の錯化剤塩を含む顆粒を、
当該開始水性溶液の総重量に基づいて10〜80質量%の濃度の前記1種以上の錯化剤塩を含む開始水性溶液から製造する方法であって、
噴流装置(jet apparatus)の中央に位置し、底部から頂部に向いたガスの駆動噴流口(gaseous driving jet)、又は噴流装置の中心軸領域に位置する1個以上のガスの駆動噴流口が内部ループ運動を誘導し、且つ当該内部ループ運動が、噴流帯域(jet zone)を形成し、
該噴流帯域はその上部末端である噴水帯域(fountain zone)に接続し、該噴水帯域は噴流装置の壁領域の回帰帯域(return zone)に合流し、回帰帯域はその下部領域にて、順に噴流帯域に合流することで誘導される噴流装置において、前記開始水性溶液を、1個以上のガスの駆動噴流中に噴霧し、それにより乾燥して顆粒を得て、顆粒を噴流装置から放出することを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記噴流装置が、下部領域において円錐状に先細り、且つ中央のガスの駆動噴流を噴霧する円筒形装置である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記噴流装置が、下部において先細る矩形断面を有し、且つ噴流装置の中心軸領域に位置し、底部から頂部に向いた1個以上のガスの駆動噴流口を有する装置である請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 1個以上のガスの駆動噴流が、噴流装置における圧力よりも2.0kPa(20mbar)〜0.1MPa(1bar)の範囲の陽圧下のガスから形成され、該噴流装置においては、噴流装置の開口部を経て圧力を減らし、それによりガスの駆動噴流を形成する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記開始水性溶液が、1個以上の単一材料又は二種材料ノズルを経て、前記噴流装置の下部領域に噴霧される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 平均粒径が1〜100μmの範囲の結晶性細塵が、前記開始水性溶液が噴霧される位置とは異なる噴流装置における位置で、前記開始水性溶液とは別に、前記噴流装置に加えられる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記結晶性細塵が、前記開始水性溶液に存在するものと同じ一種以上の錯化剤塩を含むか、又はこれらとは異なる1種以上の錯化剤塩を含む請求項6に記載の製造方法。
- 開始水性溶液と、平均粒径が1〜100μmの範囲の結晶性細塵とを予め混合して懸濁液を得て、当該懸濁液を噴流装置の下部領域に噴霧し、駆動噴流によって吸い込ませる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記駆動噴流を形成するガス流が、80〜450℃の範囲の温度を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記噴流帯域、噴水帯域及び回帰帯域における温度が、70〜150℃の範囲である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記噴流装置における顆粒の平均滞留時間が、1分〜1時間である請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
