Description
Claims (11)
- 曲率中心(7’、107a’、107b’)を有する湾曲部分を有する中空プロファイルを製作するための方法であって、パンチを第1の型に導入してブランク(1、101)を予成形することによってU字形プロファイル(1’、101’)を形成し、さらに第2の型によって前記U字形プロファイル(1’、101’)を成形することによって少なくとも1つの長手スロットを有するO字形プロファイル(1”’、101”’)を形成する方法において、前記湾曲部分に対応付けられた、前記曲率中心(7’、107a’、107b’)とは反対の側にある外側の側壁(8’、108a’、108b’)の高さ(H1、H1’)が前記湾曲部分に対応付けられた、前記曲率中心(7’、107a’、107b’)側にある内側の側壁(9’、109a’、109b’)の高さ(H2、H2’)より少なくとも部分的に高い、前記外側の側壁(8’、108a’、108b’)および前記内側の側壁(9’、109a’、109b’)を有するU字形プロファイル(1’、101’)が形成されるように前記ブランク(1、101)が予成形されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記ブランクを予成形してU字形プロファイルを形成する、および/または前記U字形プロファイルを成形して長手スロットを有するO字形プロファイルを形成する、ことによって、前記外側の側壁(8’、108a’、108b’)に対応付けられた前記ブランクの領域に設けられた凹みが狭められてマイタースロットが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記U字形プロファイルを成形することによって、互いに接続される少なくとも1つの長手スロットとマイタースロットとを有するO字形プロファイルが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記O字形プロファイル(1”’、101”’)の前記長手スロットおよび/または前記マイタースロットは、縁端部同士を物質的に係合する接続によって閉じられて長手シーム(12”’、112a”’、112b”’)および/またはマイターシーム(13”’)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記U字形プロファイル(1’、101’)を成形して長手スロットを有するO字形プロファイル(1”’、101”’)を形成する前に、支持心型(10”、110”)が前記U字形プロファイル(1’、101’)に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの成形要素(116”、117”、118”、119”)を有する支持心型(110”)が用いられ、前記導入の前または後に前記成形要素(116”、117”、118”、119”)が展張されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記支持心型(10”、110”)は、前記O字形プロファイル(1’、101”’)の前記縁端部同士が物質的に係合される接続によって前記O字形プロファイル(1’、101”’)の前記スロットが閉じられる前または後に、引き抜かれ、成形要素(116”、117”、118”、119”)を有する支持心型(110”)が用いられる場合は、前記引き抜きの前に前記成形要素が引っ込められることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6のどちらか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記中空プロファイル(1”’、101”’)は、「テーラードブランク」として構成されたまたは個々に追加される補強用金属薄板によって局所的に補強されている基礎ブランクで構成されたブランク(1、101)から製作されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- フランジ付きまたはフランジ無しの中空プロファイル(1”’、101”’)が製作されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- U字形プロファイル(1’、101’)を形成するための前記予成形中、および/または長手スロットを有するO字形プロファイル(1”’、101”’)を形成するための前記閉鎖中に、前記ブランク(1、101)のトリミングおよび/または穿孔が行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の方法を実施するための支持心型であって、前記支持心型(110’)は、展張可能な成形要素(116”、117”、118”、119”)を少なくとも1つ有する心型要素(114”、115”)を少なくとも1つ有し、前記支持心型(110”)は少なくとも2つの心型要素(114”、115”)を有し、第1の心型要素(114”)はT字の水平部分(103’)を支持し、かつ、第2の心型要素(115”)はT字の垂直部分(105’)を支持することを特徴とする支持心型。
