Description
−前述のように、この接触力は、荒れた海でフレキシブルパイプラインにより輸送する場合、非常に大きくなる可能性があり、また、時間の経過と共に、ローラ57と面58との間に嵌合が発生しうる。

−クランプモジュールは、寒冷部以外に(流体導管から離して)位置付けることのできる溝とリブとの協働によって並進運動し、
−フレキシブルパイプラインの牽引力によって切り離しやすくする(特許文献4はこれと反対である)。
Claims (4)
- 第1のエンドピース(4.1)と、フレキシブルパイプライン(3.1,3.2)に接続された第2のエンドピース(4.2)と、複数のクランプモジュール(7)と、を含む接続切断装置(4)であって、
各クランプモジュール(7)は、前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)に移動可能に取り付けられる支持部(8)と、前記支持部(8)に回動可能に取り付けられる接続部(13)と、前記接続部(13)を第1の方向および第2の方向に回動可能な駆動部(11)と、を備え、
各クランプモジュール(7)は、保持装置(16)によって前記支持部(8)が前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)にロックされた状態のときに実行される動作モードと、前記保持装置(16)による前記支持部(8)のロックが解除されることによって実行される緊急モードと、を有し、
前記動作モードにおいて、(i)前記接続部(13)が前記第1の方向に回動されたときに、前記接続部(13)が前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)のフランジ(12)の背後に係合して前記第1および第2のエンドピース(4.1,4.2)を接続し、(ii)前記接続部(13)が前記第2の方向に回動されたときに、前記接続部(13)が前記フランジ(12)から離れて前記第1および第2のエンドピース(4.1,4.2)の接続を解除し、
前記緊急モードにおいて、前記保持装置(16)による前記支持部(8)のロックが解除されることにより、前記接続部(13)が前記フランジ(12)から離れる方向の前記支持部(8)の移動が許容されて、前記第1および第2のエンドピース(4.1,4.2)の接続が解除されることを特徴とする接続切断装置。 - 前記保持装置(16)は、前記クランプモジュール(7)の全てに共通するクランプカラー(16)を含み、各クランプモジュール(7)のフランジ(14)を前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)のフランジ(15)に締付固定および解除可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記支持部(8)は、前記第1および第2のエンドピース(4.1,4.2)の軸に沿って前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)から前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)に移動するにしたがって、前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)の径方向外方に移動するように、前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)に移動可能に取り付けられ、
前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)は、前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)よりも上方に位置し、
前記緊急モードにおいて、前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)に接続された前記フレキシブルパイプライン(3.1,3.2)の重量により、前記第1および第2のエンドピース(4.1,4.2)が同軸的に相互に分離することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)の、前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)と対向する端に取り付けられた第1の蝶型弁(5.1)と、前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)の、前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)と対向する端に取り付けられた第2の蝶型弁(5.2)と、前記第2のエンドピース(4.2)の、前記第1のエンドピース(4.1)から離れた端に取り付けられた第3の蝶型弁(5.3)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
