Description
A−CH=CH2+B−Si−H→A−CH2−CH2−Si−B
一般的に、ヒドロシリル化反応を触媒するには、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、又はイリジウム触媒などの貴金属触媒などの触媒が用いられる。ビニル性基を含む化合物はシリコーンであってよく、ヒドロシランを含む化合物がシリコーンであってもよく、あるいは両方がシリコーンであってもよい。本明細書において使用するところの「シリコーン」及び「シロキサン」なる用語は互換可能に使用され、ジアルキル又はジアリールシロキサン(−SiR2O−)繰り返し単位を有する単位のことを指す。ヒドロシリル化によって調製されるシリコーン感圧接着剤の例は、例えば米国特許第5,169,727号(ボードマン(Boardman))に述べられている。
これらの実施形態の中に化学的インジケータがある。第1の実施形態は、不活性の多孔質基材と、前記不活性の多孔質基材の少なくとも一部の孔の内部に含まれたインジケータ色素又は色素の混合物と、前記不活性の多孔質基材に接着された不活性の接着層と、を有する化学的インジケータを含む。
合成例S1:色素溶液の調製
表S1に示される試薬を用いて、色素1の溶液をエタノール溶液で調製した。固体の色素をガラス容器に入れ、エタノールを加えて色素を溶解し、1.0N水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加えて溶液を塩基性とした。
TIPS膜の試料を、合成例S1で調製した色素1の溶液でコーティングした。色素溶液はマイクロピペットを用いて膜上に付着させることにより、2.0マイクロリットルの色素溶液を膜上に置いた。次いで試料を暗所で数時間、空気中で乾燥した。コーティングされたTIPS膜を、下記表1に述べられるようにして接着剤又はテープに積層することによって、センサー装置を調製した。接着剤を積層したセンサー装置を試料レスピレータカートリッジに取り付けた。センサー装置を取り付けたレスピレータカートリッジを毎分32リットル(Lpm)のSO2流に、相対湿度(RH)43%、SO2ガス濃度9.2ppmで曝露し、出口側のSO2の濃度を漏出について観測した。オリンパス社製C−5060 CAMEDIAカメラを使用し、絞り値3.2、シャッター速度1/8、近接焦点、及び遅延フラッシュにてセンサー装置を観測した。カメラ及び出口モニターの観測結果を下記表2にまとめて示す。
TIPS膜の試料を、合成例S1で調製した色素1の溶液でコーティングした。色素溶液はマイクロピペットを用いて膜上に付着させることにより、2.0マイクロリットルの色素溶液を膜上に置いた。次いで試料を暗所で数時間、空気中で乾燥した。コーティングされたTIPS膜を、下記表3に述べられるようにして接着剤又はテープに積層することによって、センサー装置を調製した。接着剤を積層したセンサー装置を試験レスピレータカートリッジに取り付けた。センサー装置を取り付けたレスピレータカートリッジを毎分32リットル(Lpm)のSO2流に、相対湿度(RH)43%、SO2ガス濃度8.3ppmで曝露し、レスピレータカートリッジの出口側のSO2の濃度を漏出について観測した。オリンパス社製C−5060 CAMEDIAカメラを使用し、絞り値3.2、シャッター速度1/8、近接焦点、及び遅延フラッシュにてセンサー装置を観測した。カメラ及び出口モニターの観測結果を下記表4にまとめて示す。
Claims (5)
- 孔の実質的にすべてが直径1〜500マイクロメートルである、不活性のポリマー微多孔質膜と、
前記不活性の微多孔質膜の少なくとも一部の孔の内部に含まれており、酸性気体又は塩基性気体に曝露されると検出可能な変化を生じるインジケータ色素又は色素の混合物と、
前記不活性の微多孔質膜に接着されている、連続的な不活性の接着層と、を有する化学的インジケータ。 - 前記不活性の微多孔質膜が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、若しくは他の炭化水素ポリマー又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1に記載の化学的インジケータ。
- 前記不活性の微多孔質膜が、熱誘導相分離法によって調製された膜を含む、請求項1に記載の化学的インジケータ。
- ケースと、
前記ケースの内部の少なくとも1個の化学的インジケータと、を有する装置であって、
前記化学的インジケータが、
孔の実質的にすべてが直径1〜500マイクロメートルである、不活性のポリマー微多孔質TIPS膜と、
前記不活性の微多孔質TIPS膜の少なくとも一部の孔の内部に含まれており、酸性気体又は塩基性気体に曝露されると検出可能な変化を生じるインジケータ色素又は色素の混合物と、
前記不活性の微多孔質TIPS膜に接着されている、連続的な不活性の接着層と、を有する、装置。 - 前記不活性の接着層が、天然ゴム接着剤、合成ゴム接着剤、又はこれらの混合物を含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
