Claims (8)
- 一方向に直線状に伸びる案内レールと、
前記案内レール上を摺動移動可能に設置された装置本体部と、
前記装置本体部から出て、前記案内レールと略平行な面内を伸びるスリーブと、
前記スリーブの先端部に取り付けられる回転面板と、
を備えたボーリング加工装置であって、
前記スリーブの先端部と回転面板との間に、撓み補償用くさび板が設けられている
ことを特徴とするボーリング加工装置。 - 前記撓み補償用くさび板は、円柱を斜めに切断した形状を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボーリング加工装置。 - 前記撓み補償用くさび板は、多角柱を斜めに切断した形状を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボーリング加工装置。 - 前記撓み補償用くさび板は、最薄部と最厚部とを結ぶ直線が鉛直方向に整列するように設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のボーリング加工装置。 - 前記撓み補償用くさび板は、最薄部と最厚部とを結ぶ直線が鉛直方向から所定の角度だけずらされて設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のボーリング加工装置。 - 前記スリーブの前記案内レールに対する水平面内での角度が、前記撓み補償用くさび板の介在状態に依存して、水平面内で変更できるようになっている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のボーリング加工装置。 - 前記撓み補償用くさび板は、互いに同一の傾斜角度を有する第1ハーフ撓み補償用くさび板及び第2ハーフ撓み補償用くさび板からなっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボーリング加工装置。 - 前記第1ハーフ撓み補償用くさび板は、最薄部と最厚部とを結ぶ直線が鉛直方向から所定の角度だけ右回転方向にずらされて設けられており、
前記第2ハーフ撓み補償用くさび板は、最薄部と最厚部とを結ぶ直線が鉛直方向から前記所定の角度だけ左回転方向にずらされて設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のボーリング加工装置。
