Description
Claims (9)
- 強酸水溶液が注入された反応器に、二酸化炭素を大気圧よりも高い圧力で加圧して注入することにより、前記二酸化炭素が前記強酸水溶液に溶解されて生成された炭酸(Carbonic Acid)を、縮合重合(Condensation Poymerization)反応を通じて高分子化して高分子材料を合成しており、
前記反応器の温度は、20〜100℃であり、
前記二酸化炭素の圧力は、30〜100気圧であることを特徴とする二酸化炭素の固定方法。 - 前記強酸水溶液は、硫酸、硝酸及び塩酸のうちから選択された1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素の固定方法。
- 前記高分子材料は、線状高分子の炭素原子の一部に架橋結合(Cross Link)が形成され、前記線状高分子同士が化学結合(Chemicalbond)で連結されている物質であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二酸化炭素の固定方法。
- 前記強酸水溶液のpHは、2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素の固定方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法で合成された高分子材料を加熱して、前記高分子材料から酸素を分離し、炭素を回収することを特徴とする炭素回収方法。
- 前記高分子材料を加熱する際の加熱温度は、500〜1100℃であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭素回収方法。
- 前記高分子材料を加熱する際の加熱温度は、550〜700℃であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭素回収方法。
- 前記高分子材料は、カルボキシル基と水酸化基とを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭素回収方法。
