Claims (4)
- 三相電源が供給されて三相電動機に三相電圧を出力するマルチレベル高圧インバータにおいて、
少なくとも1つの単位電力セルが直列に接続されて1つの相電圧を出力し、各相電圧を出力する単位電力セルが1つのレベルを形成してマルチレベルを構成する、複数の単位電力セルと、
前記1つのレベルを形成する3つの単位電力セルに前記三相電源を変換して供給するモジュール型移相変圧器と、を含み、
前記モジュール型移相変圧器は、複数のモジュールを有し、
前記複数の単位電力セルのそれぞれは、前記モジュール型移相変圧器からの出力を受信して整流する整流部と、前記整流部により整流された出力を平滑する平滑部と、2つのペアのスイッチを用いて、出力端に3レベルの離散した電圧を出力するインバータ部と、を含み、
前記2つのペアのスイッチの1つのペアの1つのスイッチから正の電圧が生成され、前記2つのペアのスイッチの前記1つのペアのその他のスイッチから負の電圧が生成され、
前記インバータ部は、3レベルのT形NPC形式を有する、マルチレベル高圧インバータ。 - 前記モジュール型移相変圧器は、1次側巻線の移相角が、前記モジュール型移相変圧器の数、前記モジュール型移相変圧器の2次側出力数、及び前記単位電力セルの前記整流部のパルス数に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載のマルチレベル高圧インバータ。
- 三相電源が供給されて三相電動機に三相電圧を出力する高圧インバータにおいて、
1つの相電圧を出力する三相の単位電力セルと、
前記三相の単位電力セルのいずれかの単位電力セルに前記三相電源を変換して供給するモジュール型移相変圧器と、を含み、
前記モジュール型移相変圧器は、前記単位電力セルの数に対応して構成され、
前記単位電力セルは、前記モジュール型移相変圧器からの出力を受信して整流する整流部と、前記整流部により整流された出力を平滑する平滑部と、2つのペアのスイッチを用いて、出力端に3レベルの離散した電圧を出力するインバータ部と、を含み、
前記2つのペアのスイッチの1つのペアの1つのスイッチから正の電圧が生成され、前記2つのペアのスイッチの前記1つのペアのその他のスイッチから負の電圧が生成され、
前記インバータ部は、3レベルのT形NPC形式を有する、高圧インバータ。 - 前記モジュール型移相変圧器は、1次側巻線の移相角が、前記モジュール型移相変圧器の数、前記モジュール型移相変圧器の2次側出力数、及び前記単位電力セルの前記整流部のパルス数に基づいて決定される、請求項3に記載の高圧インバータ。
