Description
式中Dfは素材中の染料濃度[mmol/kg]で、Dsは溶液中の染料濃度[mmol/L]である。直接染料の場合この分布係数Kは10〜100L/kgまたはそれを上回る値である(Zollinger,H.の寄稿、Color Chemistryの第2改訂版/Chemie出版、ワインハイム、1991年)。

乾燥済みまたは未乾燥(湿分100%)のリヨセル繊維を、試験染色機Labomat(Mathis社/スイス オーバハスリ/チューリッヒ)により浴比1:20として1.5g/lの所定染料で処理した。そのために、浴を55℃まで加熱し、繊維を投入し(50℃にクールダウン)、表記の時間処理した。その後繊維を分離し、3バールの加圧で圧搾した(湿分約100%の状態)。上澄み液の光度測定により染料含有量の分析を行った。95℃での処理の場合は浴を65℃に予備加熱して繊維を投入し、4℃/分の割合で加熱昇温し、表記の時間で処理した。

WO 93/19230の教示どおりにリヨセル繊維を製造し、紡ぎたての未乾燥状態で使用した。
ビスコース繊維およびモダール繊維は常用の工業的方法に従って製造した(Gotze、Chemiefasern nach dem Viscoseverfahren/Springer社、ベルリン、1967年)。
「atro」は、以下では、105℃で4時間乾燥した後の繊維の絶対乾燥質量としての重量を意味している。
物質の付着重量は、乾燥繊維の重量を100%として重量%で表示する。
別途指示がなければソックスレー抽出法により、エタノール中で繊維から抽出可能成分を取り出し、溶媒の蒸発後に重量測定した。
ラボスチーマー(DHE57596タイプ−Mathis社/スイス オーバハスリ/チューリッヒ)により100℃の飽和蒸気中で行った。
「家庭洗濯のシミュレーション」:
試験染色機Labomat(BFA12タイプ/Mathis社、スイス オーバハスリ/チューリッヒ)に700mlの水道水を入れ、1.3g/lのECE洗剤を添加して60℃で30分間処理した。洗濯を繰り返し行う場合は繊維を硬水流により中間水洗し、次にパディング機に通して3バールの加圧で圧搾した。
試験染色機Labomatの浴比を1:50とし、1g/lのNa2CO3を添加して60℃で30分間処理した。
処方:
3% Lanaset Navy Blue(染料)
2g/l 酢酸ナトリウム
5% 芒硝
2% Albegal SET
1g/l Persoftal
pH値4.5〜5.0(酢酸により調整)
羊毛染色物の色濃度(intensity)はCIELAB法により測定した。
該物質を含む5%水溶液またはそれぞれ所定の媒質で調製した5%エマルジョンを含む浴比1:20の含浸浴にこの試料を投入して50℃の温度で15分間含浸させる。含浸には「Labomat」タイプの試験染色機を使用する。その場合、先ず含浸浴を試験温度にまで予備加熱し、続いて繊維を投入する。含浸効率の測定には、機能性物質の親和性の如何により、下記両方法のいずれか1つを適用する。
15分の含浸時間の経過後に、含浸浴中の物質濃度の低下を光度測定法により計測する。この方法は親和性の高い物質(K’値が5を超える程度の物質)に適している。その場合であれば溶液中の物質濃度に明白な低下が現れるからである。繊維への親和性が低い物質の場合では、溶液中の物質濃度が含浸前と後とであまり違わないので、信頼の置ける測定を得るのは不可能であろう。したがって、そのような場合には第2の方法を適用する。しかし、2つの方法から得られた値が同等であることは明らかである。
15分の含浸時間の経過後に、Labomatから含浸繊維を取り出してパディング機により3バールの加圧で圧搾し、続いて圧搾後の繊維の湿分を測定する。その後、圧搾繊維を乾燥棚にて105℃で4時間乾燥させる。乾燥したこの繊維の上の物質濃度を適当な方法により、例えば窒素含有物質であれば窒素分析(例えばケールダル法)を通じて、脂肪であれば抽出および抽出物の重量測定を通じて算定する。本方法は親和性の低い物質にも適している。
式中Dsoは溶液中の初期濃度(g/kg)、Fは圧搾後の湿分および活性物質の総含量(乾燥時の繊維重量を100%として%表示)およびDftは時間t(=15分)における繊維上の濃度(g/kg)である。
式中Dsoは溶液中の機能性物質の初期濃度(g/l)、Voは溶液の初期体積(l)およびDstは時間t=15分における溶液中の機能性物質濃度(g/l)である。
融点 約28℃
組成:飽和脂肪酸 92g
単不飽和脂肪酸 5g
多不飽和脂肪酸 2g
トランス脂肪酸 1g
溶剤交換を先行実施する方法および直接、水を含む未乾燥繊維に付与する方法
Claims (11)
- 機能性物質をセルロース成形体へ導入することを含み、
前記機能性物質が、成形後の製造過程で未乾燥セルロース成形体に導入され、
前記導入が、前記セルロース成形体の沈殿浴からの取り出しとそれの乾燥との中間過程で行われ、
前記機能性物質が、前記未乾燥セルロース成形体を前記機能性物質の水溶液又はエマルジョンに含浸させることにより前記未乾燥セルロース成形体に導入され、
前記機能性物質の含浸効率K’が5未満であり、
前記含浸効率K’が、前記機能性物質の前記水溶液又はエマルジョンの濃度を5%になるよう調整して得られる液体を含む含浸浴に前記未乾燥セルロース成形体を50℃の温度で15分間含浸させた際に得られる値である、
機能性物質を含むセルロース成形体の製造方法。 - 前記機能性物質が溶解または乳化された状態にある、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース成形体が繊維、フィルム、顆粒、粉末、フィブリド、スパンボンド不織布、スポンジ、エアロゲル、及びハイドロゲルからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース成形体の成形がセルロース含有紡糸溶液の押出ノズルからの押出によって行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース含有紡糸溶液が直接溶解法によって、N−メチルモルフォリン−N−オキシド(NMMO)を溶媒として調製されたものである、請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記導入が、溶媒交換の後に行われる、請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記セルロース成形体が前記機能性物質の導入後にスチーミングされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記機能性物質を含むセルロース成形体において、前記機能性物質がセルロース成形体内に分布しており、前記機能性物質の濃度分布が、前記セルロース成形体の中心部を最低濃度とする連続的に一定性のない濃度分布であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記機能性物質が、
a.低分子量または高分子量の疎水性(親油性)物質、
b.親水性の非荷電ポリマー、
c.アニオン性ポリマー、
d.アニオン基を有する多糖類、
e.中性ポリマーからのアニオン性誘導体、
f.カチオン性ポリマー、
g.タンパク質、
h.複合天然物質の組み合わせ、
からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記機能性物質を含むセルロース成形体が、糸、テキスタイル、ゲルまたは複合材料の製造のために使用されるセルロース成形体である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記機能性物質を含むセルロース成形体が、化粧品、健康食品、医薬品、防燃性製品または着色製品の製造のために使用されるセルロース成形体である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
