Claims (17)
- 第1方向に配列される複数の駆動ライン、及び前記複数の駆動ラインごとにそれぞれ接続される複数の駆動電極と、
第1方向と交差する第2方向に配列される複数の感知ライン、及び前記複数の感知ラインごとにそれぞれ接続され、前記複数の駆動電極と重ならないように交互に配置される複数の感知電極とが備えられるタッチスクリーンパネルと、
前記タッチスクリーンパネルと分離構成され、前記タッチスクリーンパネルに近接または接触するとき、これに隣接する駆動電極に接続された駆動ラインに印加される駆動信号に同期して電界を出力するアクティブスタイラスとが備えられ、
前記駆動電極及び感知電極は、それぞれ互いに異なる面積で実現されることを特徴とするタッチスクリーンシステム。 - 前記駆動電極は、第1方向の長さが第2方向の長さより大きい多角形状に実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動電極の第2方向の長さは、前記感知電極の第2方向の長さより小さく実現されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記感知電極は、第2方向に配列される本体と、前記本体の左右側から前記第1方向に突出する複数の突出部とが備えられる形状に実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記感知電極本体の左側から突出する第1突出部と、右側から突出する第2突出部とは、互いに交差する形態で配列されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記感知電極の第1突出部は、これに隣接する感知電極の第2突出部と互いに交差して結合する形態で配列されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動電極は、第1方向に配列される本体と、前記本体の上下側から第2方向に突出する突出部が少なくとも1つ備えられる形状に実現されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動電極の本体は、第1方向の長さが第2方向の長さより大きい多角形状に実現されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動電極の本体から突出する突出部は、前記隣接する感知電極間の領域に配置されるように実現されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動電極は、第1方向に沿って複数の駆動電極が互いに接続されるように形成され、前記感知電極は、第2方向に沿って複数の感知電極が互いに接続されるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記複数の駆動電極及び感知電極は同一レイヤに形成され、透明導電性物質で実現されることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動電極及び感知電極は、それぞれ複数の微細パターンの組み合わせで実現されることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動ラインに接続された駆動電極、及び前記駆動電極のそれぞれに隣接して位置し、前記感知ラインに接続された感知電極がそれぞれ独立した感知セルを構成することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記駆動ラインに順次に駆動信号を印加する駆動回路と、
前記感知ラインに接続され、前記各感知セルから感知された静電容量の変化を検出して、生成された感知信号が印加される感知回路と、
前記感知回路から感知信号を受信して、検出されたタッチ位置を判別する処理部とがさらに備えられることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。 - 前記アクティブスタイラスは、
接触または近接した特定の駆動ラインに印加された駆動信号によって生成される電界を感知する電界感知センサと、
前記感知された電界に対応する別の電界を発生させるために、所定の信号を生成する信号生成部と、
前記信号生成部で発生した信号を増幅し、これを電界に出力する電界放出部と、
前記電界感知センサ、信号生成部、電界放出部に電源を印加する電源部とが備えられることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。 - 前記所定の信号は、前記駆動信号と同一の位相を有する交流電圧であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
- 前記電界放出部は、前記信号生成部で生成された前記所定の信号の位相をそのまま維持し、レベルのみを増幅させて出力する非反転増幅器で実現されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のタッチスクリーンシステム。
