Claims (6)
- 記憶部に蓄積された複数の血糖値のデータを用いてHbA1cの推定値を算出する糖尿病治療支援装置であって、
食前に測定された血糖値である複数の食前血糖値のデータ及び食後に測定された血糖値である複数の食後血糖値のデータを前記記憶部から取得するデータ取得部と、
前記データ取得部により取得された前記複数の食前血糖値の平均値である食前平均値を算出する食前平均算出部と、
前記データ取得部により取得された前記複数の食後血糖値の平均値である食後平均値、又は、前記複数の食後血糖値の最大値である最大食後血糖値を求める演算部と、
前記食前平均値と、前記食後平均値又は前記最大食後血糖値とを用いて平均血糖値を算出する平均血糖値算出部と、
前記平均血糖値を用いて前記HbA1cの推定値を算出するHbA1c推定値算出部と、
前記算出された前記HbA1cの推定値を出力する出力部とを備える糖尿病治療支援装置。 - 請求項1記載の糖尿病治療支援装置であって、
前記記憶部に蓄積される複数の血糖値のデータにはその測定タイミングを示す情報が対応付けて記憶されており、
前記演算部は、前記複数の食後血糖値の平均値との差が閾値以上となる前記食後血糖値を除く食後血糖値の中から前記最大食後血糖値を求める糖尿病治療支援装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の糖尿病治療支援装置であって、
被測定者の血糖値を測定する血糖値測定部と、
食前の血糖値測定であることを示す食前情報を入力するための第一の操作部と、
食後の血糖値測定であることを示す食後情報を入力するための第二の操作部と、
前記血糖値測定部による血糖値の測定開始前又は測定終了後に入力された前記食前情報又は前記食後情報を、当該測定して得られた血糖値のデータと対応付けて前記記憶部に記憶する記憶制御部とを備え、
前記データ取得部は、前記食前情報が対応付けられた血糖値のデータを前記食前血糖値のデータとして取得し、前記食後情報が対応付けられた血糖値のデータを前記食後血糖値のデータとして取得する糖尿病治療支援装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の糖尿病治療支援装置であって、
被測定者の血糖値を測定する血糖値測定部と、
食前の血糖値測定であることを示す食前情報を入力するための第一の操作部と、
前記血糖値測定部による血糖値の測定開始前又は測定終了後に入力された前記食前情報を、当該測定して得られた血糖値のデータと対応付けて前記記憶部に記憶すると共に、前記血糖値測定部により測定された血糖値のデータに測定時刻を示す情報を対応付けて前記記憶部に記憶する記憶制御部とを備え、
前記データ取得部は、前記食前情報が対応付けられた血糖値のデータを前記食前血糖値のデータとして取得し、前記食前情報が対応付けられた血糖値のデータの測定時刻から第一の時間経過した時刻から、当該測定時刻から第一の時間よりも長い第二の時間経過した時刻までの間に測定された血糖値のデータを前記食後血糖値のデータとして取得する糖尿病治療支援装置。 - 記憶部に蓄積された複数の血糖値のデータを用いてHbA1cの推定値を算出する糖尿病治療支援方法であって、
食前に測定された血糖値である複数の食前血糖値のデータ及び食後に測定された血糖値である複数の食後血糖値のデータを前記記憶部から取得するデータ取得ステップと、
前記取得した前記複数の食前血糖値の平均値である食前平均値を算出する食前平均算出ステップと、
前記取得した前記複数の食後血糖値の平均値である食後平均値、又は、前記複数の食後血糖値の最大値である最大食後血糖値を求める演算ステップと、
前記食前平均値と、前記食後平均値又は前記最大食後血糖値とを用いて平均血糖値を算出する平均血糖値算出ステップと、
前記平均血糖値を用いて前記HbA1cの推定値を算出するHbA1c推定値算出ステップと、
前記算出された前記HbA1cの推定値を出力する出力ステップとを備える糖尿病治療支援方法。 - 請求項5に記載の前記糖尿病治療支援方法の各ステップをコンピュータに実行させるための糖尿病治療支援プログラム。
