Claims (7)
- 二つのシャフト区画の関節式接続のためのシャフト配置のための弾性継手体(10)であって、
継手体(10)の中心軸(M)に対して所定の角度距離で円周方向に配置された複数のブッシング(14)と、
複数のループバンドル(18、20、22)であり、各々のループのバンドル(18、20、22)が二つの隣接するブッシング(14)の各々の周りでループをなし、且つ各々のブッシング(14)が少なくとも二つのループのバンドル(18、20、22)によりループをなすループバンドル(18、20、22)と、
前記ループバンドル(18、20、22)及び前記ブッシング(14)が少なくとも部分的に埋設されるラバー弾性ケーシング(12)とを備え、
前記ブッシング(14)には複数のブッシング要素(16、28)が設けられた弾性継手体において、
第1のブッシング要素(28)は、前記ループバンドルの一つ(20)が載置される軸状ステム区画(32)及び径方向カラー区画を有すると共に、第2のブッシング要素(16)は、前記ループバンドル(20)が載置される径方向カラー区画(34)を有し、第1のブッシング要素は前記複数のループバンドル(18、20、22)のループバンドルを分離させ、第1のブッシング要素(28)が、固定されることなく、第2のブッシング要素(16)に対して接触領域(40)でその軸状ステム区画の端面に載置され、その接触領域は軸方向(A)で前記ループバンドル(20)に対してオフセット(s)していることを特徴とする弾性継手体。 - 請求項1の弾性継手体(10)において、前記接触領域(40)が、前記ループバンドル(20)に対して、ループバンドル(20)の部分を形成する個々のスレッドの径よりも大きい距離(s)だけ軸方向(s)にオフセットしていることを特徴とする弾性継手体。
- 請求項1又は2の弾性継手体(10)において、第2のブッシング要素(16)は実質的にL字状横断面を有し、前記接触領域(40)は前記L字状横断面の屈曲点(38)をオフセットさせることによって設けられていることを特徴とする弾性継手体。
- 請求項3の弾性継手体(10)において、前記オフセット(s)の量が、第2のブッシング要素(50)の材料の厚みの約半分に対応することを特徴とする弾性継手体。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の弾性継手体(10)において、第2のブッシング要素(16)が前記接触領域(40)において平坦な端面を有し、この端面に対して第1のブッシング要素(28)の前記軸状ステム区画(32)の補完的な端面が平坦な方式で載置されていることを特徴とする弾性継手体。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の弾性継手体(10)において、第2のブッシング要素の前記カラー区画(54)は、第2のブッシング要素の軸区画で、90°乃至80°、好ましくは85°の角度(90°-α)を囲むことを特徴とする弾性継手体。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の弾性継手体(10)において、第2のブッシング要素(16、50)が、丸み付けられた移行部を有することを特徴とする弾性継手体。
