Claims (11)
- 金属基材(304)上に酸化物分散強化皮膜を形成する方法(100)であって、
MCrAlY合金粒子を粉砕して、微粉体にして該粉体に含まれるMCrAlY合金粒子の25体積%以上が5μm未満の粒径を有する微粉体を形成するステップと、
微粉体を、追加のMCrAlY合金粒子であってその90体積%以上が5μm超の粒径を有する追加のMCrAlY合金粒子と混合して、粉体混合物を形成するステップと、
粉体混合物を金属基材(304)に施工して皮膜を形成するステップと、
粉体混合物を加熱して皮膜内に酸化物分散質を析出させるステップと
を含む方法(100)。 - 前記MCrAlY合金粒子を粉砕するステップが、MCrAlY合金粒子をボールミルすることを含む、請求項1記載の方法(100)。
- 前記粉体混合物を金属基材に施工するステップが、粉体混合物を溶射することを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法(100)。
- 前記粉体混合物を加熱するステップが、粉体混合物を金属基材(304)に施工する際に粉体混合物を加熱することを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
- 前記粉体混合物を加熱するステップが、粉体混合物を金属基材(304)に施工して皮膜を形成した後に粉体混合物を加熱することを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
- 前記酸化物分散質が、酸化イットリウム、酸化クロム、酸化アルミニウム及びこれらの混合物の少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
- 前記酸化物分散質が1μm未満の平均粒径を有する、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
- 前記MCrAlY合金粒子に酸化物形成性添加剤を添加することをさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
- 前記酸化物形成性添加剤が、モリブデン、チタン、タングステン、マンガン、クロム、イットリウム及びこれらの混合物を含む、請求項8記載の方法(100)。
- 前記皮膜がボンドコートをなし、当該方法がさらに、ボンドコート(302)の上に遮熱コーティング(306)を施工することをさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
- 前記追加のMCrAlY合金粒子の90体積%以上が55〜110μmの粒径を有する、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の方法(100)。
