Description
本発明は黒液からの沈殿リグニン(precipitated lignin)の製造方法に関する。本発明はさらに、該方法によって製造される沈殿リグニンおよび沈殿リグニンを含む溶液、ならびに沈殿リグニンの種々の最終用途に関する。
黒液は、木材をパルプへと蒸解する際、セルロース繊維を遊離させるため木材からリグニン、ヘミセルロースおよび他の抽出物を除去するクラフト法からの使用済み蒸解液である。
本発明の目的は、沈殿リグニンの改良された製造方法を提供することである。
黒液の熱処理を組み合わせ、熱処理された黒液のリグニン沈殿を続けて行うことにより、黒液からリグニンを非常に効率的に沈殿させることが可能である。本発明による方法は、沈殿リグニンの製造のための、とりわけ低い粘度および低い平均分子量を有するリグニンの製造のための他の方法と比較して、より簡単であるのみならず、費用効率もより高い。
針葉樹クラフト蒸解法からの黒液を温度180℃で30分の間、処理した。熱処理された黒液をその後にpHを約10に低下させることにより沈殿させた。沈殿リグニンをその後にろ過して洗浄した。
Claims (6)
- − 黒液流を用意するステップと、
− 上昇させた温度で黒液流を処理するステップと、
− 熱処理された黒液からリグニンを沈殿させるステップと
を含み、
黒液の温度を150〜200℃に上昇させる、
黒液からの沈殿リグニンの製造方法。 - 黒液のpHを低下させることによりリグニンを沈殿させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 黒液の温度を170〜190℃に上昇させる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 上昇させた温度で1〜60分間、黒液を処理する、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 熱処理の前に黒液中のリグニンの一部を沈殿させる、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 熱処理前の黒液の固形分が30から50%tsの間である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
