Claims (10)
- 複数のカッターを包含してなるカッターフレームであって、
前記複数のカッターが、予め決められた傾斜で、長方形形状のベース材料から小さなサイズを有する1種類以上の長方形形状の単位断片を切断するためのものであり、
前記複数のカッターが、前記カッターフレーム中に取り付けられ、又は形成され、前記複数のカッターが、前記長方形形状の単位断片に対応するものであり、
前記長方形形状の単位断片の2個が、前記傾斜方向に対して直角の方向で配置され、前記長方形形状の単位断片が、各長方形形状の単位断片の一側部で互いに接触してなるものであり、
前記長方形形状の単位断片が各長方形形状の単位断片の左側又は右側で互いに一致する場合(仮想配列)、最も右側の末端の仮想頂点座標を(Dx、Dy)と想定した場合、
複数の前記長方形形状の単位断片が、前記傾斜方向に対して直角の方向で、各長方形形状の単位断片の右側または左側を除き、各長方形形状の単位断片の一側部で、互いに一致する場合、前記長方形形状の単位断片が最も右側の末端の頂点座標(D’x,D’y)を有し、
最も右側の末端の頂点座標(D’x、D’y)が、前記仮想配列よりも高い切断面積比を有する配列において、Dxより小さいD’x、Dyより大きいD’yを有してなり、
ベース材料シートが前記カッターフレームにより切断され、その後、
前記ベース材料シートが前記ベース材料シートの縦方向で予め決められた長さにより重なり合った状態で、前記ベース材料シートが前記カッターフレームにより再度切断されるものである、カッターフレーム。 - 2個の前記長方形形状の単位断片の一方が前記傾斜方向で配置され、前記長方形形状の単位断片が各長方形形状の単位断片の一側部で互いに接触してなり、2個の前記長方形形状の単位断片の一方が、各長方形形状の単位断片の左側又は右側で他の長方形形状の単位断片と一致する場合に、
複数の前記長方形形状の単位断片が、前記傾斜方向に対して直角の方向で、各長方形形状の単位断片の右側または左側を除き、各長方形形状の単位断片の一側部で、互いに一致する場合、前記2個の長方形形状の単位断片の中心点を相互接続する軸(「実際の中心接続軸」)が、前記2個の長方形形状の単位断片の中心点を相互接続する軸(「仮想中心接続軸」)から0<δ<90の角度偏位(δ)を有するように、前記複数のカッターが配置されてなる、請求項1に記載のカッターフレーム。 - 前記2個の長方形形状の単位断片が同じサイズを有する場合、前記仮想中心接続軸が前記傾斜方向の軸に対して平行又は直角である、請求項2に記載のカッターフレーム。
- 前記長方形形状の単位断片が切断傾斜角度Aを有する場合、前記角度偏位(δ)が0<δ<Aの条件を満足する、請求項2に記載のカッターフレーム。
- 前記切断傾斜角度が45度である、請求項4に記載のカッターフレーム。
- 前記角度偏位(δ)の範囲が0<δ<20である、請求項4に記載のカッターフレーム。
- 前記ベース材料が、予め決められた幅及び長い長さを有する連続的な材料である、請求項1に記載のカッターフレーム。
- 前記複数のカッターのそれぞれが、切断用のナイフ又は切断用の光源である、請求項1に記載のカッターフレーム。
- 前記切断用のナイフが金属ナイフ又はジェットウオーターナイフであり、かつ、前記切断用の光源がレーザーである、請求項8に記載のカッターフレーム。
- 最も上側の列にある長方形形状の単位断片が、前記ベース材料の有効幅の上側末端と接触し、かつ、
最も下側の列にある長方形形状の単位断片が、前記ベース材料の前記有効幅の下側末端と接触してなる、請求項1に記載のカッターフレーム。
