Claims (8)
- 線路側外部端子が接続される線路側端子部、及び負荷側外部端子が接続される負荷側端子部を備えるケースと、
前記ケースの内部に設けられ、アークガス排気口を備えて内部で発生したアークガスを排気するインタラプタアセンブリと、
前記インタラプタアセンブリと前記端子部間に配置され、内部にアークガス分岐部を備えて前記アークガス排気口と前記端子部側に形成されたベントシュート間で両側に分岐されるアークガス移動通路となる排気案内部と、
前記排気案内部を覆う構造で前記ケースに装着される排気カバーと、
前記排気案内部に前記アークガス分岐部を介してアークガス排出方向に対して垂直方向に離隔して配置され、前記アークガス分岐部と共に前記アークガス移動通路を形成する排気ガイドとを含み、
前記排気カバーは、内面にアークガス排出方向に対して垂直方向に離隔して形成された隔壁を備えて前記排気案内部を相毎に区画し、
前記排気ガイドは、前記隔壁を介して離隔して配置され、相間絶縁距離を確保し、
前記排気カバーは、前記隔壁を介して離隔して形成されるガイド挿入部をさらに備え、
前記排気ガイドは、内部にガイド挿入溝を備え、前記ガイド挿入部を収容して互いに重なる構造で結合される配線用遮断器。 - 前記排気ガイドは、前記アークガス排出方向に対して垂直方向の離隔距離が広くなるようにテーパ状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器。
- 前記アークガス排気口の内面は、前記アークガス排出方向に対して垂直方向の幅が広くなるようにテーパ状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の配線用遮断器。
- 前記インタラプタアセンブリは、前記アークガス排気口と前記排気ガイドの入口端が隙間なく接触するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器。
- 前記排気ガイドの入口端は、前記アークガス排気口の幅と同じ幅であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器。
- 前記排気案内部は三相電源の各相毎に区画され、区画された前記排気案内部の内部空間に前記アークガス分岐部と前記排気ガイドにより分岐されたアークガス移動通路がそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器。
- 前記排気案内部間に配置された前記アークガス分岐部は三角形状に形成され、前記アークガス分岐部の三角形の頂点部分が前記アークガス排気口から離隔して配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器。
- 前記排気案内部に螺合可能に第1結合部をさらに備え、前記排気カバーに螺合可能に第2結合部をさらに備え、前記排気カバーが前記ケースに脱着可能に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の配線用遮断器。
