Description

Claims (9)
- 下記(a)〜(d):
(a)尖先部列(6、Z)を支持する少なくともほぼ円筒形のベース本体(11)を有するロータ(R)であって、上記尖先部列(6、Z)は軸線(X)に対して直角な平面内で互いに平行かつベース本体(11)の軸線(X)方向に中間距離を開けて分布し、ベース本体(10)に固定されたベース(16)から成る少なくとも一つの尖先部(W)と、外側に突出する少なくとも一つのほぼ三角形の歯先(13)とを有し、この歯先(13)はロータ(R)の回転方向(12)で先行する位置に運搬フランク(F)を有し、この運搬フランク(F)は外側尖先端(14)から移行部(20)へベース(16)まで延びているロータ(R)と、
(b)切断装置(S)を通る運搬チャンネル(3)の下側の境界を形成するロータ(R)から離れた所にある切断装置底面(4)と、
(c)運搬チャンネル(3)を通って歯先(13)の進路の側面の所を切断装置の底面(4)から突出した切断ブレードであって、ロータ(R)の回転方向(12)に規定される運搬チャンネル(3)中に運搬方向(23)とは反対方向を向いたその切断エッジ(22)を有する切断ブレード(5)と、
(d)尖先部列(6、Z)の間をベース本体(11)の外周縁部(10)の近くまで延びる、運搬方向(23)でロータ(R)の後方に配置されたスクレーパー(7)と、
を有する農業機械用の切断装置(S)において、
ロータ(R)の回転方向(12)で運搬フランク(F)の前方で、少なくとも尖先部(W)のベース(16)の所に外側を向いた圧縮表面(G)を有し、
この圧縮表面(G)が少なくともほぼ移行部(20)まで回転方向(12)とは反対方向に徐々に上昇し、上記運搬フランク(F)に至り、
圧縮表面(G)が凸状に湾曲しており、この圧縮表面(G)は60°〜100°の尖先部列(6、Z)の角度範囲(β)にわたって延びている、
ことを特徴とする切断装置。 - 上記農業機械がラウンドベーラー(P)またはローディングワゴンである請求項1に記載の切断装置。
- 圧縮表面(G)が円の弧の一部であり、その円の中心(Y)はベース本体(11)の軸線(X)と歯先(13)との間の尖先部(W)の領域内にあり、その円の半径(R4)はベース本体(11)の外周縁部(10)の半径(R)より大きい請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 圧縮表面(G)から運搬フランク(F)までの移行部(20)が凹状に丸くなっている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- 尖先端(14)の軸線(X)からの距離(R1)に対して、圧縮表面(G)の軸線(X)からの最大距離(R2)が2/3であり、圧縮表面(G)の軸線(X)からの最小距離(R3)が半分である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- 各尖先部列(6、Z)が、その間の切断ブレード(5)の係合を可能にする距離だけ離れて配置された、少なくとも2つの隣接したリング構造体(31)から成り、各リング構造体(31)は一つまたは二つ以上の周方向に分布した歯先(13)と、それと同数の圧縮表面(G)とを有し、尖先部列(6、Z)の歯先(13)、運搬フランク(F)およびリング構造体(31)の圧縮表面(G)が、周方向に位相シフトなしに、尖先部列(6、Z)のロータ(R)の軸線(X)に沿った方向で同じ位相かつ合同に配置されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- リング構造体(31)が直径方向に反対側にある少なくとも2つの尖先部(W)を組み合わせて作られ、各尖先部は少なくとも一つの歯先(13)を有し、各尖先部(W)のベース(16)はベース本体(11)の外周縁部(10)上で180°にわたって広がり、各尖先部(W)の圧縮表面(G)は80°にわたって弓状に延びている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- スクレーパー(7)を通過する時に、圧縮表面(G)がスクレーパー(7)と鈍角の開放角度を成す請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の切断装置。
- 歯先(13)の運搬フランク(F)と、圧縮表面(G)と、少なくとも一つの切断ブレード(5)と組み合わされる尖先部(W)と、切断装置の底面(4)とが一緒になって運搬チャンネル(3)の圧縮帯域(C1)を規定し、この圧縮帯域(C1)の幅は運搬チャンネル(3)を通る穀物材料の運搬方向(23)で減少する請求項1〜8の少なくとも一項に記載の切断装置。
